I went in to pay off a phone. The guy that attended to me (Sunday afternoon shift) kept raising his voice at my mother and me. He said multiple times that he had already explained something to me six times even, yet he was not listening to what I asked for. He mentioned that the phone has $0 balance which I later found at that it was $562 balance. I tried to explain it to him multiple times that it is not $0 balance but he did kept claiming he was right and did not listen to what I, the customer wanted

Worst branch yet for T-Mobile, they are so rude and the customer is never right. They are also very difficult as well. If I have to go back to another T-Mobile store it will definitely not be here.
