Nice employees. Almost impossible to find due to construction, but they are open. You have to go in the back way, but they are open.

Have reported 9 times police reports about losing and missing packages that were delivered to this local postal office and have reported 15 times complaint reports to the US Postal Series online including all these police reports and missing regular mails like utility bills, property tax bills, medical statement, bank statement...etc. But no UP Postal Phone responses, even called billion times to the Postal Office phone line just got busy line, until stand in front of the main Postal Office at Brookfield Road, Davis Strew, Manager talked about all my missing package police reports and missing mail, he just responded that he did not know what happened to my lost and suggested me to claim through my Credit card and insurance. No liable, No Responsibility, and all about thief, No Care about consequence for stealing at all. Please have justice on this scam Postal Office.

If you need anything more complicated than mailing a package, you should go to a different post office. These people will be confused and unable to help you.

I have informed delivery so I know what's supposed to be going to my po box multiple times now I've had things not be delivered and I tried to go talk to them about it and they had an attitude.

Smelled like urine and was difficult to find. Had to enter through a side entrance behind all the construction. Waited for an attendent for a short while. The attendent Yvonne came who was rude and greeted me with a glaring expression. As she scanned my QR code for my mailing label and as it printed she then decided to tell me after the fact I cannot use a recycled priority envelope and tells me I need to buy one. I know that isn’t the case as I’ve recycled other usps priority envelopes on a multitude of occasions. I just picked up my package for my customer and left. Will never return to this location again.

Great post office! Definitely could use some signage during construction to direct people though, the dark hallway with no signs was unnerving. Service though was fast, friendly, and affordable.

Small post office located in what has turned into a large redevelopment project. Thanks to other recent contributor photographs I was able to learn how to access (west entrance only) because otherwise you would have no idea this location is even here. Counter service and PO Boxes are available for your postal needs.

Entrance is from the alley that branches off from J street. Go in through the door on the right in this photo, then walk down the hallway and the post office is on the right. (Posting this because it took several minutes to find the entrance; hopefully this helps)

There were no customers there when I walked in. 2 tellers were available and, although the guy Louis was friendly and welcoming, he looked overwhelmed when I brought in 50 envelopes that needed to be stamped individually. They had to discuss this amongst each other instead of just starting with the process. Then the "supervisor" walked in, looked at what he was doing, and he told her what he was doing, again, which is so unnecessary as that is what they are there for. Processing mail! The supervisor-wanna-be woman just hovered around with an evil eye. And every time someone would come in and was helped by the other teller, Louis would join the conversation and waste time on processing the letters. There was more to it but it would take even longer to describe. At the end, he couldn't give out change for a $100 (my total was $77) until I asked how come they don't have change in the amount of $23? Probably realzing then it was "only" $23 they owed, not $77 🙄 Never going back there again.

Unfortunately I was ever so rudely greeted by a lady to pick up my General delivery letter I am not sure. Hopefully she was having a bad day.but her short rude "I am not helping you foot injured or not. Its 1:00.too late for you! " message to me. Was so upsetting. I have always valued and admired our postal workers.so sad
