PO experiences will always vary. The parking here isn't great and the location maybe seems a bit rundown but some of, not all, of the staff members here are friendly and helpful. I'm sometimes shocked they can put on a smile and still be so genuinely kind all day dealing with customers who already don't want to be there or are upset about something. I can't speak for every employee there, I've had various experiences but some are very kind and helpful. I lost a reciept but I had known exactly what time I came in and where it was shipping to so I came in needing my tracking number and one of the employees was kind and skilled enough to pull up that data and find my tracking number. Some might tell you it can't be done. Some might have no idea how to do such a thing. But I'm just glad that when I have had issues, there are people I know I can turn to at this location who are kind and skilled enough to help me if at all possible and that's why I'm leaving a 5 star review. Sometimes the PO loses packages and it's often not directly their fault. There are many links in the chain to getting your package from A to B but of course this is the one stop everyone blames because it's where they dropped it off. thanks again! I've been a customer for a long time and will continue to be because the rates are better and so far I've had no serious issues and service is generally friendly and good.

Awesome sauce! The time I came was off-peak so there was only one person in front of me and I was in and out in no more than 15 minutes tops! Plus my counter was staffed by a very pleasant and knowledgeable person. My visit was a most enjoyable experience!

What BAD SERVICE WEST SACRAMENTO,CA POST OFFICE HAS AT WERKLEY AVE...Can't do anything with a phone call to them.Hard to get a life person to come on line to help.Stupid recordings don't sometimes don't serve your purpose.They make you come in when my issue could have been resolved over the phone.What about those that are limited & can't come in.

Sometimes helpful staff. This is the only post office that has given me trouble over a full box for flat rate shipping. They say it can’t have any bulk, even if the flaps are a little lifted. Charged me $30 for a $15 flat rate box. So strange and never had this problem at any other post offices in sac.

This is what they have been saying about my package since the 16. All they do is change the date of their post. ........Processing Exception. The Postal Service has identified a problem with the processing of this item at 10:10 pm on October 23, 2020 in SACRAMENTO CA DISTRIBUTION CENTER. We keep our PO Box here, and so far they seem to be very helpful. Kim the Box Clerk is very friendly and on top of her job. She seems to go above and beyond for customers, which is all I could hope for. Lines haven't seemed too long during the day, but not sure about rush hour. It's a very old store, but seems to have most everything you'd need in a post office. Parking is not good, only about 6 spots, so definitely try to come during an off peak time! Lobby hours are later than staffed hours, pretty common, but a perk nevertheless!

Not even a 1. On Fri 4/12/2019 I paid $26 + for an overnite priority express envelop. It arrived Sat 4/13 at 7:54 am. The estimate arrival was today at 3pm and it is Still NOT delivered. If you couldn’t deliver someone should have told me as I would’ve gone to Fedex or UPS! Tried to prop up a govt agency but never again! Thanks for screwing up 2 adults & 2 children’s lives!

Variation of post people.behind the counter often creates long wait time. The staff is helpful once you get to the counter, but management staffing leaves a lot to be desired.. I have found management can be lacking on post office procedures, filing a claim for lost packages, of follow up on tracing issues on international priority mail. The parking area often can not handle peak traffic.
