Probably the best USPS, I’ve been to. Tony helped me and he went above and beyond to make sure the package was ready to be shipped.

Everyone was nice enough. . not like the usps I have known though. Had I known that the lobby is closed along with the retail section of the office, I would have taken pause. But no. I committed. So now I have a po box at an office that is only open during my work. I cant get there. Like, ever. Great. Lock the retail, and leave us our lovby, so that we can get our f@+$ing mail!

I take a decent amount of packages to the post office and I find this is the most convenient, coming from Curtis Park. Broadway is fine and so is the Alhambra one, but they tend to be busier and parking is often difficult, esp at Alhambra. Here I mostly get to park right outside, jump out with my packages and 30 seconds later I'm on my way again. It's .... a Post Office, Staff seem friendly enough, no problem so far.

Great neighborhood post office tucked away in the neighborhood. Has a small parking lot but does have a loading zone (white curb) right in front for quick drop offs and pick ups of mail and packages. Clerks are very helpful and answered my questions about packaging and helped me pick the best service at the cheapest rates. Highly recommend.

Best kept secret when it comes to Post Offices, great service, fast lines. The employees are what makes this place tick. (Tim, Tony, Ruby) I am deeply saddened today to lean of Tim's (lead postal clerk) passing. I will miss his friendly spirit and lightning fast wit.

Every time I call this office the phone line is busy, I have been trying to get through for the past 2 hours. Our house has 5 stairs leading up to our front door and instead of walking up the stairs to put our packages on our porch the mailman throws all of our packages up the stairs from the sidewalk, regardless if it is marked fragile or not. We have it on camera and have called 4 times and yet he still does it EVERY time we have a package. If you can't handle walking up 5 stairs you probably should not have become a mailman.

I posted a review 6 months ago under my boyfriends account. It was a 5 star. Ruby and Tim are AMAZING people and honestly, they are the most amazing postal workers. However, recently they have new people in the cashier. Yesterday I was in a rush and I didn't have time to get in the line. I prepay my packages because I run my own online business. So I usually just leave them in the desk. I asked one of the ladies if I should leave the packages in a bin and she said yes. Then I asked her another question but before I could finish it she said "you know what, I'm attending a customer right now" in the most harshest way. As if though I was stupid and slow. I understand it's my fault but I was in such a hurry and I don't usually do that sort of stuff. I'll stand in line but the way she said it was way out of line. She humiliated me and as I was walking away I could hear her say something. It's no way to make a customer feel and although Tim's always joking with me saying "you're not going anywhere else are you girl? Don't do that to me" unfortunately I'm going to have to. I love you Tim and Ruby! I am sincerely going to miss seeing you guys. You guys are exactly the type of workers that USPS should hire. The girl that spoke to me in a harsh matter, she's always dry and miserable. My advice is, cheer up and have more ambition so that you won't be miserable or feel like you're doing us a favor, you're not. If you ever want to climb up a ladder, it's time for you to take your job more seriously and have respect for people who contribute to you having a job. She worked on 03/24/2016 at 4pm.

I go here almost every other day. This is the best post office by far. My boyfriend and I run a business online and I deliver the packages to this post office because it's the most reliable one. The workers there are very friendly :) I am so happy I found this post office. They don't mind scanning packages which is what I love. Now, I don't ask for a scan because I know these workers are reliable. I only scan priority packages. I know I leave my packages in good hands. Thank you so much you guys! The post offices need more workers like you! Thank you, Stephanie and Ryan

Called about a lost package today. Guy on the phone thought he was doing me a favor by doing his job that he so handsomly gets paid for. Asked me what post office was written on the package. What part of "The package is lost" does he not understand? Rude tone and horrible service. Guy needs to quit his job and stay home. Our government does not need service personnel like that.
