Hittn Skins is such a WONDERFUL Company!! We especially like working with Megan Bliss. She is a very intelligent, kind, and hardworking young lady. She has been influential in building of our brand. Recently she designed us new company cards that were unique and overall AMAZING!! They arrived promptly without any issues. She definitely deserves a raise for her hard work at Hittn Skins.

Megan developed artwork for our T shirt design quickly and promptly. She was extremely responsive with me over email. She worked up 5 different designs for a T shirt. Finally decided on the right one and had them completed within the week. She shipped them to us quickly. Would 150% recommend. Will be a returning customer for sure. I work for Calvary Orlando in the production department and we recently used Hittn’ Skins for our new production crew Columbia shirts. After being referred to Hittn’ Skins by our facilities team, I immediately contacted them for further assistance. From the moment I reached out, I knew I made the right decision contacting them. They were quick with responding when I had questions and concerns. When I wasn’t sure on what design to go with, they created multiple mock-ups to assist with making the right choice before ordering. The attention to detail in the stitching of each shirt was incredible. I highly recommend Hittn’ Skins for any embroidery work you might need done! I look forward to the next time I need to place an order!

This organization took 2 months to produce plain white tees with my company logo on the front in simple plain text and black font. They did not even need to design the logo, just copy it. Their turnaround time was stated as within 10 days. And I needed them for a company deadline. I called ahead before coming down in person to ask questions and they said the store was closed to walk ups at the time and I needed to only do business via email. That I would not be able to see shirt sizes in advance, would not be able to get my questions answered if I set up a meeting because the meetings are to see the show room not to place orders, was tossed back and forth multiple times between sales reps who went multiple weeks accidentally missing my email replies. When they finally produced the product, they produced it incorrectly. I had asked for cast names on the backs of 12 of the shirts and to have them displayed across the center. I requested this in writing via email exchange, so it’s on record. When I picked up the product, the names were buried on the very bottom of the shirts where they needed to be tucked in due to being over sized. I placed my order in December just before Christmas and didn’t receive it until February 22 and they only finally put through my order after I threatened to contact the FTC and report them for consumer fraud since they had already charged me a $100 non refundable deposit. Before even confirming what the digital rendering would look like or what type of font I wanted, they emailed me a price quote and said I was required to submit a deposit via email and that they could not complete the process in person. Then instead of an apology for bad service, what I received was an excuse that their team is very small and had a lot going on at that time and were doing their best. And that the reason they said I would not be able to get answers in person was due to a COVID outbreak at their venue, and they said they’d closed in person service during that time and that that had evidently been poorly communicated to me. Your company’s small size does not preclude you from delivering product with the correct specifications that have been ordered after you’ve said Yes we can. Your company’s small size does not excuse you from owning accountability for lack of communication. The final justification I received- again, no accountability, just excuses- was that they don’t normally do special orders by placing names on the back and this wasn’t easy for them. That’s fine, if you actually communicate that when I place the order for special directions. Tell me that you are having an issue and it will take longer. Don’t just say Yes I will then shirk responsibility. I do not deserve that and you are taking up my company time not to mention money and the purchase was non refundable. I had only placed the order in the first place because I trust the character of the individuals who recommended them to me and I also didn’t know where else to go. What’s more, when I asked whether there’s a place on their website to place a review because I couldn’t find a complaint form available, they shied away from answering the question and responded with, you would probably do it through Google but I probably just shot myself in the foot by letting you know that. What’s worst, they ended the exchange by saying that even though I had a bad experience this time they would like for me to consider doing business with them again in the future. I had multiple individuals recommend this location to me and all their online reviews were also glowing, praising them for great service and quick turnaround time. So my experience leaves me very confused, upset, and disappointed. ~Update: Got a personal call from Corinna today that stated my review “was a low blow.” I reprimand actions having led to poor service and I have every right to do so. I really do pray that you all take more accountability for your actions with future clients but I certainly will not be one of them. Please abstain from continuing to contact me.~

I've been working with Hittn' Skins for over two years now. I first discovered their services when working in the beverage industry and was looking to source a local company for promo materials. After working with countess promotional companies for merchandise, I stuck with Hittn' Skins because of their pricing, quality and customer service. I now own my own business and work with Hittn' Skins for all of our branded merchandise - shirts, tote bags, hats etc. They are a one stop shop for all of the products we need, have fast turn around times and their team is wonderful. 10/10 recommend, they never disappoint!
