Emily and Erica were SO helpful! In an already stressed and chaotic world it was refreshing to be assisted by such charming and vibrant young ladies! They assisted me promptly and without any troubles. Ill gladly be using their store for any future needs. The service industry isn't an easy one but they approach it with charisma and joy. I make lots of Amazon returns at this location, staff is always speedy and friendly! Today I returned multiple items, Amazon changed up their return policy and I was a bit confused with the new packing procedures. Daniel was there to assist me. He explained everything to me and delivered excellent customer service. Again, the staff is wonderful and are the reason I do all my business with this UPS location.

Issue with Amazon return where they needed to package the returns up due to size. Requested payment for the packaging and then said they need a printout and I need to pay to use their computer to print the label. I go to another UPS store on Colonial and they gladly asked me to email them so they could print the label AND didn't need to package my items for additional cost. Something wrongs with the process or this UPS store on Kirkman has bad service. **Thanks for the reply. The labor and costs is definitely what varies by store then. Maybe that's a choice about customer service. As I am "very unprepared" I am grateful to continue going to ups stores where they are willing to print labels for the customer and work with getting a successful return

Many thanks to the staff at the ups store on kirkman! I had a handful of Amazon returns that needed labels printed and they happily assisted me on the computers in the store! I will definitely come back and work with the associates at this location! Special thanks to Erica for showing me that my Amazon packages are resealable!

The best service you can get! Emily is very helpful, kind, patient and agile. She explained to us, helped us with sending our documents, helped us with the labels, and patiently informed us of delivery options and prices. This is my closest UPS store. When I go in the morning all the way to early afternnon, it’s quick and easy to do anything. Times I’ve been there in the late afternoon is packed and at times the line goes outside the door and it takes 30+ minutes to just return amazon packages, that’s the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars, I’m not sure if those times is due to low staff or whatever reason. Also shout out to Gabriel! Very friendly, comforting, and funny employee, made me laugh during our interaction, keep up the great work!

Despite me having very poor experiences with UPS in general the last few weeks this store visit was an absolute breath of fresh air! After a long day I needed to drop off a package for a return and Gabriel was extremely friendly and helpful even making a joke when I couldn't see my phone! Thank you! :)

Great experience, customer service was good and very fast! I had someone named Erica and they did amazing with taking care of the packages I had to drop off. They were friendly and great! 10/10 would definitely come here again!

Excellent service, very courteous employees. It is not very usual to receive a great service at an UPS Store, but this one is VERY different: employees are helpful, they are polite and they will help you. They also have an "express" line for Amazon Returns or pre-paid drop-offs, which will reduce your time spent here. Last but not least, they will say " good morning / good afternoon/ thank you", which is not very common in other UPS stores either.

My pervious experiences with this UPS store were a bit... rough, to say the least. After waiting almost eight months for a $70 refund, this UPS store underwent a change in management. Fed up with the mishandling of my case with corporate and the extensive timeline of waiting for an answer, we went into the store to speak with the manager one last time. Surprisingly, this store, Store #0881, had received a new manager. We explained our situation to them, and within 45 minutes, and a phone call or two later, he had our money back in our hand. After struggling for weeks and weeks seeking answers via email, phone call or a verbal conversation from anyone both at this store and at corporate, this new store manager completed the task in minutes. We appreciate them for their hard work and willingness to listen and understand our case, which they had no responsibility to prior. We also would like to give a shout-out to Erica as well. Every time time we stop in for an Amazon Return or to ship a package, they're quick, knowledgeable and friendly, too! And one last thing... Please remember The UPS staff are humans there to work, and have nothing to do with the prices. I've seen countless moments where customers take frustrations out on these individuals, forgetting that behind that UPS name tag is just someone there to make a paycheck. Thank you again to both of the individuals listed above and for the rest of the hard-working staff who do their best every day. We appreciate you!
