I go to this store often. I have lived in Hunters Creek for over 20 years. The service has always been excellent. Let's not judge a business for charging for a convenience that makes our life a whole lot easier and in this ever changing world forget that they also have employees, pay rent are operating a FOR profit business, that pays taxes, support's the community and offers a much needed service to our community. Thank You UPS.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I came with my own label on my phone and they charged me $3 to print just the label. They claimed it’s a $2.50 service fee for them to turn around and hit print on the email I sent. I’ve been shipping with ups for years like this and they always just scan it on your phone but they refused to do it and said that they couldn’t bc they don’t make any money off of me bc I bought directly from ups

Today for the first time and I hope it will be the last, an employee who attended me, if I can draw attention to that, at 9:20am in this UPS store, she made me waste my time, apart from that, she called me liar, she made me go home to look for a tracking number that I didn't need since I had the notification and my ID, this woman with curly black hair doesn't deserve to be a “customer service” employee, since she doesn't have a hint of kindness and to top it off She dares to call me a liar, you should choose your employees better, what a bad time, annoyance and waste of time this woman put me through.

They are an irresponsible company and do not care about customers. We already had problems with them 3 times. UPS irresponsibly delivevered my package to somebody else, they didn't check the apartment number and the customer's name. I tried to call the customer service and it is a joke, they make every effort to avoid you getting in contact with a representative, after half an hour dealing with automated messages I finally get to speak with an agent, and nothing was done, they just said we need to speak with the sender.

UPS completely damaged / destroyed a few my valuable packages in a very short period of time. Very disappointed of the service UPS company provides. Insurance policy is a nightmare. The staff in this location is very nice, thank you. Thanks for the response. Of course you have no records, because I drop pre paid packages. You are saying that you are separate from the UPS, but seems to me that you are proudly under the same UPS flag, following company's rules and regulations.

I have been to this location on and off for the past few years, notice that the level of service has gone down and prices has gone up. Amazon sent me a label to return some items. When I came to the store, nobody greeted me. Manager gave me an impression that she had more important things to do than help customer. Finally when one of the employee came from the back, she seemed annoyed. I mentioned that I need to return some items to amazon sent me label. Her response was it would $2.20. I told her it to expensive, I told I go somewhere else to print the label. I went over to the next plaza where there was a office depot, they only charge me 10¢ to print a label and the drop box for ups was just right around corner.

I have been using UPS for almost 6 years as I own my own eCommerce business. This location is hands down the best I have ever dealt with. The staff goes out of their way to help you and always gives you the best advice when shipping, even if it makes the store less money! 5 star service all around
