The SLOWEST UPS store ever!! There is ALWAYS a line out the door. It's like he's SUPER slow on purpose. And there's always only 1 person, even on the weekend. Will go to any other instead.

As part of my work sending about ten packages a week with only UPS, it’s fair to say I’m well versed with shipping with them. This store is by far the worst I’ve been to and felt compelled to post here. The entire staff and owner are clueless. Perhaps y’all should get a clue at to what you’re doing and spare me your “protocols” !

Expensive $5 to use their computers to make a copy...then to make it even better the employee didn't seem to know the answers to any of questions when it came to operating their computer system....extremely unhelpful save your money and go elsewhere. How do you not know how to operate the systems you offer? Seems a little bogus to me.

This location charges $5.00 to print shipping labels mean while other locations will allow you to send it to the store email to print @ no cost. It is a label created by venders using ups shipping services. Money hungry owner! Go to the location at the loop

It’s expensive for copies and scans of documents. Compared to office max or Office Depot, you’ll pay a lot more. In addition, the store is very small. The wait line is usually moderate but they take a while to serve everyone because of the diverse services. If you’re only returning an Amazon order, it’s pretty quick as long as you bring the item and show them your receipt - most Amazon returns are free with ups drop off. But anything else is overpriced.

The employee Gigi is very unfriendly, cold and aloof! I spelled my name for her so many times until I thought I was on an episode "Punk'd" with Ashton Kutcher! She also had a smirk on her face while repeatedly misspelling my name after I kept spelling and pronouncing it to her! She also charged me $78.00 for a small box going to Pennsylvania with a required signature! Employees like Gigi will run away good customers like myself!

I use this store frequently and I am always pleased with the prompt service. A note to those who disagree with the charge for use of their computer system. I use this system frequently, it is no surprise that there is a charge for use, in fact I have to acknowledge this on every transaction. Additionally, after each use, this system deletes all If my data, unlike if I email the store a document and it stays on that email. These stores have to buy and maintain all of this equipment and keep computer from having their system corrupted by a virus. Finally, if you don’t want to pay for use of a computer, print your documents prior to arriving. I am happy this store is here and offer the many convenient services.
