I am crying all day and couldn’t sleep last night because my stuffs melted can’t eat any more. I spend too much money for Foods and wanted ship over night to Canada for my sister. but they not delivered on time ( from Monday morning….. to Thursday night) . And this is the second time happened ,wasted my money .Broken my heart. And never again, never trust them anymore.

Don't waste your time coming to this location the lady was very rude she wanted me to pay all new packaging because she was not willing to let me use her tape she advised me to go and buy my own tape I know that each ups is privately owned. She definitely doesn't meet the UPS standards of customer service. I guess she is really desperate. She should have stayed in the gas station and hotel business

This store is the best !!! I just moved to Kissimme and it’s so packed and hard to drive around !! A 15 min drive can turn into a hour of sitting in traffic when this UPS opened it was a life saver for my busy home and small business. The location is super convenient, the woman and man who run it are so kind !!! They help me every time I’m in there (which is a lot) with a smile 😊 they’re adorable and very sweet people, I’m so glad they run this store cause some of the people in this area are grumpy lol

If you are in a rush to print something out, I highly suggest you to find an office depot or something else. You don't want to pay $3.53 for ONE black and white print. Staff was nice tho 👍🏽
