5 Best packaging supply store in Kissimmee, Florida (FL) 2024

As part of my work sending about ten packages a week with only UPS, it’s fair to say I’m well versed with shipping with them. This store is by far the worst I’ve been to and felt compelled to post here. The entire staff and owner are clueless. Perhaps y’all should get a clue at to what you’re doing and spare me your “protocols” ! ~Mikey

I just want to give an amazing shout out to Gino and Luis at store 1816! For the exception service and by helping me print my wedding address labels. My fiancé and I actually went to 4 other stores (even one ups) and the service at this store is honestly amazing. We were told “no” at other stores and at this store, they did not hesitate to help. I am so grateful for y’all! ☺️ I wanted to print using the Avery labels and they were so helpful and excited to help us. Gino and Luis even congratulated us during on our wedding! It really goes above and beyond and will definitely be returning in the near future for printing. ✨ ~Jomar

One of the worst UPS Stores I’ve ever been to, customer service is just a Joke. Mr. Starky extremely takes his time disregarding the line. Definitely not coming back to this place. ~Tomas

Staff were so friendly! I was a presenter in the convention center and wanted to get some blank paper to help with making my session interactive. I wasn't asked any questions, instead I was offered what sizes they had and I wasn't charged. It made me happy to know the this FedEx was just a nice as the one at home in Oklahoma. ~Dylan

Returned an Amazon item. Fast and Friendly people. I just gave them my QR Code from the phone and the item to return, they took care of the rest. Simple, fast, efficient. I'll drive the 20 extra minutes and go here in the future (so I can avoid the Poinciana location). Thank you!! ~David
