Last week I arrived at the UPS Store "2130 Michigan Ave" at 8:30am and it was still closed since they open at 9:00am and I didn't want to be late for work and even though it wasn't time Freddie opened the door and gave me the service I needed, very professional, very polite. Thank you for helping me and for the excellent service provided. 110% recommended!

Poor customer service and they do not honor their insurance guarantee. The person behind the counter offered to put my package together and taped it for me after I left because he was "busy" at the time. He was the only one in the store and the line was deep. Well, the stuff showed up damaged. We sent the broken items back per the store manager's request and 6 months later, still nothing! Go somewhere else!

I moved from Florida to Connecticut utilizing this UPS location to ship the remaining items that I could not fit into my car. When the items arrived, the boxes were completely smashed and destroyed. This was a box shipped with regular insurance. My ninja blender, Keurig coffee maker, smeg kettle and other lesser items were all damaged. I started the claim with UPS back in January of 2022 As of today, 5/21/22 - 5 months later, they have denied the guaranteed $100 coverage they promise with every package shipped through UPS. For the past 5 months I have been without my kitchen accessories, waiting for UPS to correct the issue at hand. The items total over $300 retail, I just wanted the coverage amount that was guaranteed with every UPS shipment, however that was denied. I will be complaining to corporate and recommend any other patrons to hesitate with any vital items regarding shipping, as they do not care about your personal belongings and they do not care to take responsibility when they are at fault. I've been extremely patient in this manner, especially when this location was severely understaffed having just 1 employee working overtime throughout the week. This is unacceptable and I pray nobody else has to go through such trials and tribulations during their stressful moving process state to state. e/ In response to your response; Exactly my point! You pride yourselves as the UPS STORE and I quote directly from your website - "Trust the Certified Packing Experts® Let The UPS Store packing experts do the job for you so your items arrive safely and intact. We specialize in properly packing fragile and high-value items using advanced packaging techniques and materials. Come visit us today!" So, why would you knowingly ship a package with delicate items and insure it for the generic $100/package when the experts should have known the package was incorrectly boxed and offered professional advice to my sister on how to ship the items properly? As far as the owner attempting to make things right, he claimed no fault of his own and after having me SHIP the damaged items back to his facility in FLORIDA and WAITING 6 MONTHS FOR RESOLUTION to which, his resolution was that there is none because it was packaged incorrectly. So much for trusting the EXPERTS at the UPS Store? You also claim that my sister taped and packaged the boxes, that is a lie. The expert behind the desk took the packages and said they would take excellent care of the boxes and tape them up properly when the very busy line died down in the store and not to worry, well look what happened by putting faith into your establishment. TLDR; 0 stars, unprofessional, clueless & unwilling to correct issues they claim they are expertly trained in handling.

First time shipping from this location to avoid using USPS and I’m happy I did. Fast and personable service from the attendant Ronnie. He even went above and beyond to make sure the item I’m shipping arrives in good condition. Will definitely use this UPS store for future shipment.

The manager, Ronnie, was so helpful and kind. I had to return a rug that needed creative solutioning for packaging and he was happy to assist. He was very thorough, quick and again, very pleasant to work with. I am grateful for his help and service!

The lady who attended us was very kind and helped us in everything! I went to do a bit of everything, to make some impressions, some shipments and even some returns from amazon. It was very fast and very organized. The first time I go there and I know that I will be back soon!
