Paid $78 to mail a snow globe that I got at Disneyworld because I couldn't carry it on the plane. They charge a FORTUNE for their packing materials - if I had just ordered the label from UPS it would have cost me $51.13 but that isn't even the issue. Today I received my package and guess what? No snow globe inside - just some cheap selfie stick. Seriously? Who makes such a HUGE mistake? The selfie stick probably would have cost $5 to send. This is just insane and shows how incredibly incompetent this store is, not to mention what a ripoff UPS stores are.

This is the second package that has been either returned because they said I refused it when I never actually got anything at all to refuse. The first one they said I no longer lived at my address. This has become frustrating to say the least when we have been waiting quiet awhile for these things to arrive.

I went to go pick up a package that my parents shipped from a store in Ohio to this location and Rebecca claimed she couldn’t find the package or information on the package. I then proceeded to call the Ohio store and they found my package right away and tracking information. The worker here was incompetent. How is it that a store 1,000 miles away could find the information yet this one couldn’t find me by name or phone number. This will be the last time I use this location.

I have been going to this store since I moved in the area 5 years ago, where Ozzy and Omar have always helped me with my shipping and printing needs. The cost of printing is lower than FedEx. Service from this two gentlemen is exceptional. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience at this store. Dealt with Ozzy Azevedo and he was wonderful, helpful and friendly. Things are so crazy in this world right now and his above and beyond customer service meant more than he will ever know. Great guy and great store.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I called the UPS 800 number before going to see if I could ship a bottle of cologne. They said it was fine, and so I went to the store. I walk in and ask to ship my cologne and the woman says “no, it has alcohol in it, we can’t ship it. “ I said, “ Well that’s odd, because I called UPS before coming here, not 5 minutes ago, and they assured me that it was okay”. She then says, “where are you shipping it to? “. I said I was confused. “ Can you ship it or not? “. No answer. “ Well where do you live?” I respond, “ Well I’m not giving you my personal information until I am clear on if I can ship my package. You just told me I couldn’t, but now there’s all these questions, which is it?” At this point she freaks out, and says, “ I can’t do this”. I’m just standing there, and some dude walks up with all the attitude in the world, and tries to lecture me on how this crazy woman was “ trying to help me “ and how “ there was another UPS up the street “ that I should go to. Fat chance. I’ll NEVER ship anything with UPS again, until they train their staff on how to speak to people.

Ozzy and Omar's main objective is to help make sure the customer is well taken care of. Our business has been using them for a few months now and we have never been treated better anywhere. These employees are extremely clueless!!!! They constantly gave my packages back to the UPS driver to bring to my house. Uh I sent them there because I wouldn't be home & hate packages left out at night. Also I had sensitive items sent back when it was over 100 degrees. No matter how many times I asked them to STOP doing it, they said it was the drivers fault?!!!!!! A young girl employee there is very very rude. Talked over me as I tried explaining to the mgr why I did NOT want them brought to my home. They blamed everybody else for the continuous issue and made no apologies. On top of that I was told to call their parent company,UPS, to straighten it out. Wow! Never ever going there again.

Great service. They are definitely way cheaper than fedex. Had 140 presentation in color printed and was quoted $215 went to this UPS and thought they were joking since I only paid $110 and great quality. These guys knows what they are doing. If you're in town and need printing, they are the store to look for.
