I don’t recommend. Came based on google ratings but it’s not accurate. Drove further to reach this place and ended up leaving without doing anything. They didn’t seem reliable and prices are “shady”

Normally do not write reviews however, alignment work was not done well and camber wasn't adjusted. The technician said my front camber was not able to adjusted at all and would sell me the bolt to do it for $80, even so if I needed it, the bolt is less than $20 at all other places. So only toe was adjusted, and my camber was left badly after being charged. The technician also did not print the report of my alignment, and further while waiting outside I heard another technician yell at him for not placing the safety stoppers while it was up and he was lowering it, which could've ended badly for anyone around, my car, or the cars being worked on nearby. Overall would not recommend this shop, the sister shop down the street at 555 N Semoran seemed better managed, regretfully wish I had gone there or somewhere else instead, and now have to go to another shop and pay again to get my alignment actually fixed.

I went to Ruben's to have a tired plugged after being told by a big auto chain that patching wasn't an option for my tire (without even looking at it) and Ruben's was not only able to patch it, but I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Great service! The fastest tire repair service I have ever experienced! AND everybody was very friendly. I highly recommend Ruben's for all of your tire needs.

I was given a run around. I dropped my car off on a Saturday because it shut off on me. Was told it will be checked that day. On Sunday In the afternoon I followed up since no one called me and was told that my car had not been checked out. I was later called told that nothing mechanically was wrong and the electromechanic has to check my car and he doesn’t work on Sundays and will be in Monday. I then called Monday at around 12:45pm was told the electromechanic doesn’t work in the morning and will look at my car in the afternoon. I called at 4pm I’m told that my car needs to go to a Chevy specialist. I call Tuesday around noon to check status on my vehicle I then get told me they made a mistake. They were dealing with another car. Never ran a diagnostic on my car and no one checked my car. The owner was just as confused to why my car wasn’t checked. I had to wait until the electromechanic came back to work Wednesday to look at my car. Now I call they finally look at my car tell me what’s wrong give me the cost and tell me i have to wait until they order the part that comes in Thursday. Started they’ll try to have my car fixed Thursday but most definitely Friday. One of the staff members then tells me to not rush or worry. I’ve been put in a compromised position with my employer and had to walk my 7 year old to school. It’s a inconvenience being a single mother with no family living in Florida with no family and limited means. I call Friday and I’m told they’ve had the part and they are busy so they didn’t start my car but they are working on it now but they will have my car done by Saturday. It’s now Saturday and its 1:30pm. I called at 10am and was told they are waiting for a plug. The service and professionalism is terrible. I will never recommend anyone to have their vehicle serviced there! I will not go back after the poor service I have gone through. I am all for local businesses but after this poor experience I am disappointed

I feel sorry for Javier and Fernanda for dealing with a BUNCH OF TIRE CHANGER TRYING TO BE MECHANIC'S, they don't know what they're doing. In my case it was a simple rack and pinion swap, first it took them 3 DAYS to do the job, when I got my car back found out the alignment was bad and their was missing and broken parts on the car and grease hand prints everywhere and footprints. They got to it a second time and is been 4 DAYS. Yesterday I went to check it out and found they dismantle the lower dashboard completely for no reason, what does the dashboard had to do with anything, they didn't do that the first time, this what I mean by saying they don't know what they're doing, I could of do it myself if I had a lyft to put my car on it but I don't. Never again will I take my car here. Sorry Javier you're a decent guy but you're working with amateur's at best I mean tire changers.

The staff was very courteous and helpful! They were the only tire shop I could even find that carried the size tires I needed. They went above and beyond to help me, not to mention how great their prices are! If not for them I still would be without my car. I highly recommend this business.
