Ali and Monalisa are far the best sales rep, customer rep this store has. I tried this store as a first time customer, and to be honest, I am not disappointed at all. We should mimic the customer service for all the stores to be at same level of what Ali and Monalisa did. Great job, keep on with the excellent experience.

I have been coming to this Tire Kingdom since I was 17. Taken 5 different vehicles across the years for all my services. 🚗 Always receive friendly and helpful service. I had a nail in my tire and went to get it patched. The gentleman at tires kingdom told me my tread was too low and because my car was four wheel drive I had to get all 4 tires replaced. I asked if he would just do the back two and he said no. He wanted to charge me 800 dollars. I went next door to tires plus, they patched my tire with no issues, 32 bucks. Just goes to show that tires kingdom tries to take advantage of females who don’t know much about cars. If you need to get service, do yourself a favor and just go next door to tires plus

Had a flat tire. Called and got same day service and very good costumer service. They had the tires I needed. Will definitely recommend. Mona Lisa was very helpful and patient with us.

The lady at the counter Monalisa, she is amazing! I got there pretty late without an appointment, I was turned away by another tire place which close later. She was patient and helpful, went above and beyond to make sure my car is taken care of. Will go back because of how nice and helpful she is!

Had poor experience from Milton Perea. I came to store because they had a deal. Milton told me that if I wanted that deal, I would have to pay 185 dollars extra for a service was not required. When I mentioned to him that the website did not say I have to have that, he didn’t care and started to call me cheap. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I had an unexpected tire leak on its treads and the first few places I called didn’t have the tire or if they did they could not mount them because it is a low profile tire. AJ ordered the tire and even called me back the next morning to let me know the tires were in. I had a ton of questions and AJ was patient with me, answered all my questions and removed any anxiety I had. Naturally my car is my baby and the crew at Tire Kingdom were excellent. I’m glad I decided to come here.

After spending the ENTIRE day calling locations to get my tire fixed this location, Milton and his team agreed to do it at LITERALLY the end of their day!!! They were friendly, efficient, and FAST! I can honestly say that they were a God sent to me today and I will only be coming here for any and all serviced that I need.. Thank you all for being such a great team.

Having a flat tire always sucks but coming here made it suck less. Mona Lisa was so nice and informative over the phone, she checked my tire options before I even came in to make sure they had what I needed. Milton Perea was really helpful when I got there. He walked me through the process and payments and it was honestly super painless. They replaced two of my tires and balanced it in record time i was really happy with the service. AJ was great too👍🏼 Tl;Dr everyone was super nice and helpful. The place is clean and organized too.

Scheduled an oil change for 10 am. Before they even had my keys, they were trying to sell me all this stuff and completely overwhelmed me. I just wanted an oil change so I said let's start with that then we will see. They call me almost 2 hours later and say they can't do an oil change because of a noise my car is making when it turned on. When I got there to pick it up he literally said "yeah its making a noise that's why I recommended a diag but now I don't even wanna do that". They also couldn't even identify the noise. When I turned it on, it wasn't making a noise. I revved it up and put it in each gear, still no noise. They just want your money. They don't care about your safety or your car.
