Had to change the rating to 1 star. I'm baffled at the fact that I've taken this car to several Midas' for the same problem & they all said different things. I specifically stated that I'm hearing a plastic noise/grinding when I go a certain speed, rather than checking around plastic areas, I'm told it was something involving my suspension by this location. After addressing all of the issues that the Midas's diagnosed, the problem still remained! Called to inform them of such & they stated nothing could be done & the car would just need to be taken back to be fixed. I took the car several times & they couldn't figure out what was wrong, so what, I take it back for you to take more money from me!?? I found the problem today after bending down & looking under the car myself. Refer to the pictures attached of the plastic that was shredded and broken & none of the Midas locations, (even though having the car lifted in the air, so they could see it better than I could), none of them could determine that! I'm furious! If you didn't fix a problem that I specifically told you to address, then refund the customer and don't act as if nothing could be done! This is unacceptable that I solved a problem that a professional couldn't solve! It was the cheapest problem to solve & I wouldn't have wasted over $700 if they had listened and taken a look at what I stated was causing noise, which was broken plastic!

Ive been taking my cars here for about 2 years and pricing is was always fair. Today it was $140 an hour for labor and $107 for a serpentine belt. A serpentine belt for my car doesnt cost more than $45 and labor is way to expensive. Total was almost $300 with taxes and $25 shop fee to change a serpentine belt. Absurd pricing. Find somewhere else to take your car. Not worth it. UPDATE!!! Logan reached out and offered a few services to compensate me for the issue mentioned above. The issue was handled professionally and I will continue to service my cars with them. Great customer service and quick turn around on their work!

While this review is a few weeks over due, I'd really like to share with the community how wonderful Midas in Winter Park has been. A special shout out to Logan Schmidlin the Store Manager of this location who has been absolutely terrific! Logan could single handedly be the reason I continue to go back to Midas as the customer services was truly top notch. I happen to be the owner of a Range Rover Sport which tends to be a tricky car to work on and Logan and the team were true professionals all the way through this process. I used to feel a bit obligated to go to the dealership with this vehicle due to the tricky nature of some of the behavior of this particular vehicle and I'm so pleased to know I can go to Midas when ever I need support on my vehicle. Thank you SO MUCH to Logan and the team for getting a job well done on the full brake job for me!!! Services: Brakes, Oil change, General repairs & maintenance

Took my car in for some TLC (oil change, fluids, filters, etc), I never left a shop that was more pleasant and timely. I left with everything done in less than an hour, anywhere else I've been it's been a whole day trip just to do an oil change. I have to leave a huge shout out to Logan who addressed my concerns without making me feel bad about not knowing half of what I'm talking about. Thank you again!

The customer service this shop puts out is beyond awesome. Logan and her technicians do a great job getting all of your cars issues serviced in a timely manner. On 1/29/19 I went to Midas to get a new exhaust installed on my classic '87 F150. They got me right in and out and I was on my way. No problem right? Wrong! A month later while getting new tires at a different shop the mechanic asked me, "Where'd you get your exhaust system installed?" I told him and asked why. He took me out to the garage and showed me where the system was leaking in 4 different places, the welding was done by an amature, it was hung improperly and the muffler itself was the wrong size for the truck. A week or so later I had the chance to stop back into the Winter Park store and ask them to repair the system. This time the gentleman wasn't so accomodating and didn't even ask if he could look at my vehicle for me to point out what the issues were. He only said, "Look. Those (exhausts/mufflers) are stock and they are the only ones we sell." When I disagreed he continued, "Don't tell me - I've been doing this work for '27' years." I knew this would go nowhere - I stopped talking walked out. I then started the lengthy process of contacting their corporate offices (TBC Corp in W.P.Beach - Midas stores are independently owned which makes remediation more difficult.) A very nice person in their customer service department was happy to tell me what I needed to do to have attention given to my complaint. Which I did right away. A little over a week later I received a call from a Midas store near UCF - I took it in and they were very helpful and agreed the system was improperly installed and they replaced the entire system. This time correctly. They even brought me out to the garage and pointed out the repairs and proper installation. If you need an exhaust - save yourself a big fat headache and just go to the E. Orlando store first. It's worth the drive.
