Best oil change service in Winter Park, Florida (FL) 2025

Will never go here again. We had them install struts to our 2014 Mustang, they installed the wrong bolts on the passenger side strut. We had numerous issues afterwards with the car (not knowing they installed the wrong bolts at the time) and brought the mustang back on numerous occasions to be checked out after hearing noises coming from the vehicle. When we brought our car back, they reassured us that everything was fine. It wasn't until we drove 3 hours away to west palm beach to have the car worked on by an actual professional to check the car out. Upon inspection, we were then informed of how the wrong bolts were installed on the strut. To add, there was two lugs that were completely stripped on BOTH front wheels. The serious hazard of their horrible ethics could have cost us our life, as well as others. Going over 80mph on the highway numerous times not knowing that we had a faulty strut put in place. We even went back twice after the strut installation to inform them we KNEW something had to be wrong, due to the sounds we were hearing, vibrations, etc. The company is lazy, all they wanted to offer was a $200 voucher, we would never use a voucher because we will never be back. If you care for your car as well as your safety and others, do NOT go to them. Wish I could leave a 0 star rating, so unbelievable. ~Marissa

Had to change the rating to 1 star. I'm baffled at the fact that I've taken this car to several Midas' for the same problem & they all said different things. I specifically stated that I'm hearing a plastic noise/grinding when I go a certain speed, rather than checking around plastic areas, I'm told it was something involving my suspension by this location. After addressing all of the issues that the Midas's diagnosed, the problem still remained! Called to inform them of such & they stated nothing could be done & the car would just need to be taken back to be fixed. I took the car several times & they couldn't figure out what was wrong, so what, I take it back for you to take more money from me!?? I found the problem today after bending down & looking under the car myself. Refer to the pictures attached of the plastic that was shredded and broken & none of the Midas locations, (even though having the car lifted in the air, so they could see it better than I could), none of them could determine that! I'm furious! If you didn't fix a problem that I specifically told you to address, then refund the customer and don't act as if nothing could be done! This is unacceptable that I solved a problem that a professional couldn't solve! It was the cheapest problem to solve & I wouldn't have wasted over $700 if they had listened and taken a look at what I stated was causing noise, which was broken plastic! ~Eeveeyo

I had a amazing experience with tire Plus. They were very knowledgeable about my car. I went there for a oil change and a tuneup, because my car was stalling. They let me know I needed a oil change. That also let me know I didn't need a tune up right now. When saved me alot of money and time. Most mechanics will try to charge you for things you don't need. This place was honest, they didn't charge me for things I didn't need. The car is running better than it was before I brought it to them. So my daughter is going to college on FL. She had issues with power steering and ac on her Accord. Not only was the owner nice and polite but got to work on it right away. Fixed both issues right away and very in expensive! I'm in Minnesota and this service was amazing. Recommend to anyone and everyone. U definitely got ALL my business when I'm down there! ~Kevin
