I had set an appointment for 2:00pm today.The shop manager, named Ricky, took my information and car keys, but didn't offer any additional information on anything significant about the service I was requesting. He barely even spoke. Just blank stares. So I said, 'Oh, you must need my keys." After waiting for more than a half hour and my car still parked in the parking lot, untouched, I began to get agitated with the slow response time and the horrible customer service. So I go up to the service counter to complain and was immediately taken care of by Adrian. I felt immediate relief and felt like ok, this guy got it handled. And he did, for the most part. I still felt like the service was too slow and not customer oriented whatsoever. And hour and a half later, I finally got the car back, paid and left. As soon as I started driving, the car begins to pull hard to the right. This was most definitely not an issue before. So I immediately return to the shop. The manager, Ricky, was standing by the front counter. He asked, "Can I help you?", and I'm thinking, how does this guy not remember me, I left not even two minutes ago! So I reminded him that I just had two tires replaced and now my car is pulling hard to the right. Instead of sounding concerned or helpful in any way, he yells for Adrian. Adrian responded immediately and jumped right in to fix the issue. And not long after that, Ricky followed behind and out of sight. When I got the car back the second time, it wasn't pulling anymore, Thank God, at least not as of yet. Now I feel paranoid that every time I drive I now have to keep an eye on the steering and alignment. My only other complaint about this visit was the unprofessionalism from the store manager named Ricky. Absolutely zero customer service satisfaction kind of attitude. I'll most likely never return now. My only positive experience was that Adrian showed more of a drive to correct the issue with faulty alignment. When I returned for the alignment issue, Adrian was top notch and handled the issue professionally and quickly, and for that I am pleased, but still felt the need to leave a review for others to see about my overall experience. I also feel that with "no smoking" signs throughout the shop, and certain employees easily seen walking around with cigarettes hanging out of their mouths, it doesn't look good and it's very unprofessional. What should have been an easy and scheduled visit, turned out to be a catastrophe and not a good first time visit to a place with overall good reviews. I'm hoping to not have to return a third time because of an alignment issue later on down the road. My first pick in getting new tires was Walmart, but ended up choosing Tires Plus because they offered free tire rotation and alignment. And after reading the reviews while waiting in the lobby the second time around, I see bad reviews concerning the management, Ricky, and the nightmare they had to go through and their bad experiences. I had a good experience at this shop. I had a problem tire that was installed by a different shop, wouldn't hold air. Tires Plus was able to fit me in on a Sunday afternoon and diagnosed the problem. The staff were professional and helpful and the repair was affordable and reasonable. I will go back to this business. Service: Tires

I had a amazing experience with tire Plus. They were very knowledgeable about my car. I went there for a oil change and a tuneup, because my car was stalling. They let me know I needed a oil change. That also let me know I didn't need a tune up right now. When saved me alot of money and time. Most mechanics will try to charge you for things you don't need. This place was honest, they didn't charge me for things I didn't need. The car is running better than it was before I brought it to them. I will definitely recommend this Tire Plus location to family and friends. Thanks again Tire Plus for amazing service. I just got new brakes and new rotors. Kris is one of the best mechanics at this tire plus. He will get the job done in a timely manner. The Manager Ricky will make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk into the door. I am so very grateful to find such wonderful staff at this location. I was driving and it was just starting to get dark. Someone on the road told me my brake light was out. I called and spoke with Adrian on the phone. I asked if he could help me? The shop was soon to close. Without hesitation he told me to come on in and he would take care of me. I was provided great service and kindness. I want to give a special thank you to Adrian and the young lady at the counter. I didn't get her name. People like them make the world and your business great!! I will be a loyal customer. A grateful customer!

Me and my partner were driving around Thursday on October 15 when we notice my tired was crack, we quickly drive to tired kingdom and the receptionist quickly turn us away because they closed in 40 minutes. They told us to try tires plus and thank god I did. Not only was I greeted by a very kind and amazing receptionist but how awesome the crew work on my two front tires. The mechanic not only stayed and work on my car til 7:30(which is way over closing hours), but was welcoming enough to show me some thing I needed to work on my car. I am so thankful that this team last night was there to help me get back on the road safe and sound. Amazing customer service! 10 out 10!

Employees have an eighteen wheeler blocking the road in and out of the neighborhood and businesses nearby. When asking then to move they said it isn't their problem and told me to go around even though it was the only way to the place I needed to go. Completely unprofessional and I'll never do business with this company because of it.
