Driving home from Orlando today and my husband got a flat tire. Called Action Gator Tire and Scott was able to accommodate us asap. Thank you Scott and Jose for being open and helping us in a timely, friendly manner! Definitely recommend this place hands down!

I bought 4 tires in March. I came back later on because they were leaking air..they sent me home saying it was nothing ! I had to come back again because 2 of the passenger side tires were really low in air. So the 2nd time I came, they said the 2 of the passenger side were defective so they changed 2 tires.. They didn't want to give me any receipt since they said it was free. Then again I had to come back today because the other 2 were leaking air .and they said there is nothing wrong and they changed the valves on those other 2 tires.. I already came back 3 times after I bought the 4 tires from them and waisted my time!!! How can you trust this place??? They are selling used tires?? What is going on???

Save your car and go somewhere else. They broke the air suspension sensor while installing the wheel back. Did not say anything, just let me drive away. Had to take it to the dealer to replace the whole part. I needed to patch a tire as the pressure would drop to 10psi within 24 hours. Their installer could not find where the leak is and kept saying that there is nothing stuck in the wheel "some tires just leak air and there is nothing you can do about it". As if I was born yesterday... I looked at the tire myself and found the issue in less than 5 seconds, something was stuck in the wheel... He removed it, patched and I thought all was good (manager stated that "they always find the issue").. Driving away, air suspension warning was on. I thought it might have been due to the car being jacked and needed some sort of reset. I called Action Hator Tire and asked if one is needed, they had no idea.. Called a few other places, checked online; learned that there is no reset or calibration needed. Eventually had to take it to the dealer, they immediately found the problem (Sent me pictures and I have the removed part). The Action Gator Tire employee broke the sensor while installing the tire. The way the sensor was broken, there is NO way he did not know he broke it. He just let me drive with it. Poor workmanship, and even worst, they hud the issue from me and let me drive away not knowing if it is a safety issue or not. You will never see me or anyone I know

Will never go here again. We had them install struts to our 2014 Mustang, they installed the wrong bolts on the passenger side strut. We had numerous issues afterwards with the car (not knowing they installed the wrong bolts at the time) and brought the mustang back on numerous occasions to be checked out after hearing noises coming from the vehicle. When we brought our car back, they reassured us that everything was fine. It wasn't until we drove 3 hours away to west palm beach to have the car worked on by an actual professional to check the car out. Upon inspection, we were then informed of how the wrong bolts were installed on the strut. To add, there was two lugs that were completely stripped on BOTH front wheels. The serious hazard of their horrible ethics could have cost us our life, as well as others. Going over 80mph on the highway numerous times not knowing that we had a faulty strut put in place. We even went back twice after the strut installation to inform them we KNEW something had to be wrong, due to the sounds we were hearing, vibrations, etc. The company is lazy, all they wanted to offer was a $200 voucher, we would never use a voucher because we will never be back. If you care for your car as well as your safety and others, do NOT go to them. Wish I could leave a 0 star rating, so unbelievable.
