I'm Over night shift employee that works from 6 till when the job is done period if that 5 am so be it. Can you explain why your establishment is fully closed no cars in the parking lot at 12:24 when I visited. This is advertised as a business that is open until 1 AM. I have worked in fast food settings before you don't get to close early just because. If you are unable to keep control of your business at least take away the effort of someone having to waste gas driving to your business only to be burdeded by the fact that it closed early. Instead of wasting peoples time just close earlier. It's pathetic if you as a million dollars franchise cannot keep your store managers in line to keep up with business hours set.

Tried calling them no less than 15 times because I believe I've left my debit card there by mistake. It's a 1 hour drive back to the store to check in person so I was hoping I could call to verify but for some reason they refuse to pick up the phone. Even called corporate in an attempt to be put through and was basically told to sit and wait. Horrible customer service from store level to corporate....

I used to love this burger king but they've disappointed me again n screwed up my sandwich. This is the last burger king I liked. It breaks my heart. I'll probably go back but not for a while

Drive-thru was pretty darn quick. But the ice cream dispenser was slow 🍦👀😋 And it was soo good!👍

Real hit or miss with this place. It's still one of the better run fast food establishments in Palatka. Update now it's just miss. Went there at 11am got 2 whoppers, onion rings and nuggets. Went there and ordered a single BACON king meal. Only ketchup and pickels. I get my burger and it has no BACON on it. They argued with me saying that the ticket said only ketchup and pickles. Are you serious if I didn't want BACON on it I would've ordered a whopper instead. And they still charged me the full price. And the blonde hair Manager had an attitude the whole time. No common sense at all. Jesus this world is in trouble with people like that.

Went here for the play area for the kids. The A/C is broke, but really cold in the lobby area. So if they open the doors to the inclosed play area it would stay cool enough for the kids to play around in. Couldn't though, so had to sit in the lobby area. So went to sit in a booth big enough for all of us to sit down in. One light kept flickering at the only clean booth table. Had to bring it to their attention that majority of the tables were dirty and needed to be wiped down. When they ain't that busy to go around and wipe the tables down to make sure they stay clean.

Horrible customer service , took for ever a d still accomplished to mess up the orders. And even left out the forks and knives. So I demanded my money back and drove a thousand feet to McDonald’s

It's always the same here, you ask for fresh made food. The burgers are barely warm. They're stale around the edges. The fries are barely warm. They just keep shoving OLD food stuff that's been sitting up in the warming tray, out the window! :(
