Went back to give the store a second chance. First time I was followed all over, this time I told the girl, I'm looking... first time they handed me a pair of dirty display shoes. This time I told the girl I wanted shoes that weren't on display. She went to the back to be sure they had my size, was pleased so got another pair of shoes and a handbag 👜 Customer service is important to me. But, feeling like I was going to rob them (my first experience) goes beyond my shopping experience. I will most definitely be back as long as the cameras are working and I can enjoy the time I shop.

I have been shopping recently online, sites such as 6pm., Sierra, Zappos, Finish Line and others. I wear a size 13 extra wide, like super wide, and the choices online are very poor. I went to Shoe Show in Palatka on Highway 19, and they had at least 20 different models in my size. And I can wear a 12 in some things, which means their selection for me was much bigger than that even. The staff is super friendly and helpful and Incredibly knowledgeable about their stock and sizes. I was able to buy two different pairs of Skechers for 49.95 each, which were priced much higher on the online sites I looked at, WITHOUT as good a selection as Shoe Show. Located in the old Palatka Mall, very easy to get in and out of. Highly recommended!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cashier was extremely nice gave my lil one some stickers. The store was clean, the selection was good. Probably gonna turn into my local go to shoe place. Overall great experience.

I love this store! The ladies are very nice and are extremely helpful and they made my sister wendy and I very comfortable. I will be back. I live in lake Butler but I will travel back to plataka just to go this shoe show store and the city trends right beside shoe show

It's ok. I was looking for work shoes. I work at Walmart and do alot of walking and standing. The sales person that was walking around didn't offer to assist me. I was very frustrated, but thanks to my son I found a pair of shoes. The girl at the register was nice. I wont go back.

You go to the place and there's signs everywhere and they all say buy one and get one for half price!! But as I wasn't paying attention to the fine print!! Which says on certain shoes only and don't you know not one of the shoes I picked was half price!! It's BS like that causes people to shop on line!! Thanks for nothing Shoe Sapp!!

Pleasantly surprised! We always go to Shoe Show because its one of the few places that we can find a size 14 Wide for my husband and they people are always nice but the store has been looking a little rough lately. Walked in with my daughter yesterday to find that they moved nextdoor and the store itself is probably twice as big! More options, easier to find things and the staff was awesome.

Great place. Great customer service. Decent to large selection of shoes for all ages. Plus they are expanding so that's awesome. Paid great for 4 pairs of Nike's for kids ranging from 1 yoa to 13 yoa considering how much they cost online and in an actual Nike store. Great shoe store to shop at if you're in Palatka or have one in your town/city.
