i give them zero stars the lady and the guy who works there don't even no the number to metropcs there both idiots there really not a metropcs store there an authorized dealer stay away go to the corporate store you will get way better help then the 2 idiots working in this store this store can't even help metropcs customers they need to change there name and they tried to make me pay for a new sim card that cost $26 that I don't need
