I liked how the guys took care of me, so I joined them. I was with Tireplus for 3 years, and long long hours took it's toll on me so I left that store. That store has had a bunch of new management and teammates come and go, so I now get my service from the Middleton Tireplus store.

Waited for tires and alignment for 2 1/2 hrs. To find out that alignment was checked not done. Waited even longer. They would not put best tire on as my spare. Spare was down to cords! Drive vehicle home only to have wheel weights fall off. As 28 yr.. retired tech saw they had put on wrong weights. Would not admit they put wrong ones on. Looked at wheel weights after work was done. They are now correct. Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I purchased tires for my wifes car and had the oil changed and tires rotated on my truck, spent close to $600 in a matter of a week and a half. I've waited a few months to write this review. I called on a Wednesday, to make an appointment to drop my car off on a Friday and pick it up on Saturday afternoon. When I called on Saturday to ask about the status of my vehicle, the person on the phone was very rude, he fumbled through his statement and them mentioned my car wouldn't be ready by closing time, and might not be ready until Monday (It needed an oil change and for them to check all fluids and top off if needed). Once I said that wouldn't work out for me and I'd rather just pick up the car, the person on the phone became annoyed and said that the car would be ready by closing time. I came to pick up my vehicle, was greeted rather rudely, when I asked if everything was fine with the car, i received a snarky remark. I would have left it there, but what upsets me is that not more than a week after me visiting this establishment, my well-maintained Honda Civic died on the side of the road in the middle of the night, it had absolutely no issues prior, and it had been serviced at the Tires Plus by Mineral Point Road for a few years without them stating anything was wrong with the vehicle. This was the last time I will ever use the services of Tires Plus, I've been a loyal customer for over 9 years.

Took 3hrs to replace my tires and broke one of my Stud. They tried to charge me for striping it from my car. Do not recommend! They tried to charge someone with life time warranty too. Good thing the guy caught them before proceeding.

I drove my mother down from Green Bay to a family reunion out in Mt Horeb on Sunday the 8th I ended up having an issue with the TPMS light on the dash of my mothers car. Thankfully Tires Plus was open, I believe the only repair place in the area that was on a Sunday. I stopped in to have the light checked and Ben, Ed were great! They found the problem quickly, resolved it and I was on my way. It was a great relief to my Mom who was worried about an expensive repair and myself who still has to drive her back up to GB, not have to worry about getting a flat, on the highway. Ben and Ed were very friendly, professional, highly recommend anyone needing repair work/ tires to stop in here. Thanks guys!!

I just went for an oil change - paid $66 and was told I had an oil leak. An expensive leak test was recommended to diagnosis the source. I drove home and popped the hood to find my dipstick popped out and oil splattered all over the engine bay...I suppose I found the leak. Situations like this enrage me. Mechanics in general have a large differential in knowledge between them and their customers and thus have a moral obligation to deliver honest information. I won't be returning and will be telling everyone I know what happened here.
