We came in to add wireless to our iPad Dave help us out. He was extremely knowledgeable. Took the time to look at our phone account and noticed that we could change our cell plan get two new phones and add the iPad data for about the same price as we were paying. Wow I was blown away by the great service and information he provided. I’ve been at the other us cell stores in the area and have always been disappointed. Highly recommend this facility and especially Dave for his great customer service. Thank you.

I went to US Cellular because I broke my phone! David H. And Jose M. Are amazing!! They helped me get a new phone and a better plan. They were so much fun to be around. Everything was clearly explained to me, and they both were exceptionally patient with me!! I have been to many US Cellular stores before this was the BEST!!! If you need a phone or have questions be sure and go to the Middleton store at 8319 Murphy Drive. You will not be sorry. Because of my experience I will be a customer for life. Rachel did a great job helping me get situated with a new phone. Later when I was not able to pair my phone with my car, David very efficiently accomplished the task. Both Rachel and David worked with smiles on their faces and were dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

They really don't know how to handle appointments vs. Walk-ins. They simply serve whoever comes in the door. Phones are actually cheaper if you buy them online from USCellular (No $30 activation fee). Was unable to get the deal they offer new customers. I will likely be switching providers or just replacing my battery ($50-$100).
