Have had generally good experiences in the past, but tonight I got there an hour and 10 minutes before "close" and there was no one there. My card had already been charged for my takeout order and I had to go to McDonalds instead. Reading other reviews tells me this is a regular occurrence...

Subway in Middleton on Murphy drive, employee (older man)yelled at my 10 yr old son about not being fast enough on ordering. We were the only people in the place at the time. We then found hair in sandwich and this man accused me of placing the hair in the sandwich and refused refund.

Store was very dirty and when requesting the type of bread they rudly informed us that they no longer have it even though it was still on the menu. when ording the special they would not give us the special price because we did not want all the meat that came with it so they charged us 2 dollars more of less meat....all becauae were mad that we came in an hour and a half before closing had chairs in the table and refused to get large cups out and said well you don't understand we are closing soon so we can't get that stuff out today.
