On the way back from a trip and came here for subway. Been to couple subways and know it really depends on the people who own it to give you a good experience. Amazing personality from the guy behind the counter and the sandwich was beyond expectations too. Recommended! ~May

I went to US Cellular because I broke my phone! David H. And Jose M. Are amazing!! They helped me get a new phone and a better plan. They were so much fun to be around. Everything was clearly explained to me, and they both were exceptionally patient with me!! I have been to many US Cellular stores before this was the BEST!!! If you need a phone or have questions be sure and go to the Middleton store at 8319 Murphy Drive. You will not be sorry. Because of my experience I will be a customer for life. Have had generally good experiences in the past, but tonight I got there an hour and 10 minutes before "close" and there was no one there. My card had already been charged for my takeout order and I had to go to McDonalds instead. Reading other reviews tells me this is a regular occurrence... ~Joe
Tires Plus
Waited for tires and alignment for 2 1/2 hrs. To find out that alignment was checked not done. Waited even longer. They would not put best tire on as my spare. Spare was down to cords! Drive vehicle home only to have wheel weights fall off. As 28 yr.. retired tech saw they had put on wrong weights. Would not admit they put wrong ones on. Looked at wheel weights after work was done. Terrible customer service, opened an account with them just to find out a month later they did the paperwork wrong. They called me to notified me of this and they would get the corrected paperwork ready. Never called me back and when I called them they said they would get back to me. Finally after 3 months of this they closed the account never notifying me they did this found out the day I went in to make a deposit. ~Rich

10/10 would recommend! I’ve been coming here for a years and have yet to have a bad experience. I’ve tried other shops in west Madison and Middleton and the service here is by far the best. I feel like a valued customer instead of a set of nails being churned out of a factory. My mom refuses to get her nails done anywhere else. ~Teja

I have certain limitations, and they are so understanding and accommodating, substituting certain exercises with ones I’m able to do! Love the small group sessions! Single-stall bathrooms but they're not unisex? Half the draw of Kwik Trips is the clean/accessible bathroom. Either make the bathrooms bigger or make the single-stalls unisex. Pointless to wait because some other fellow needs extra time when the other single-stall is completely empty. ~Owen
