Single-stall bathrooms but they're not unisex? Half the draw of Kwik Trips is the clean/accessible bathroom. Either make the bathrooms bigger or make the single-stalls unisex. Pointless to wait because some other fellow needs extra time when the other single-stall is completely empty.

I'm a regular customer that spends a lot, tonight I came in after work. I had multiple items, while the employee was still ringing my items up I asked for cigarettes that were basically thrown at me after. When I asked for a bag for the multiple items, I was met w a sigh. This employee was disrespectful to multiple customers before I even got to the counter. This employees name is Bob. Normally their staff is very pleasant. All of them. Barb is my favorite. I will continue to be a regular there unless I have another encounter like this.

8:45PM Tonight. A sign on the door that says its a law to wear a mask... An elderly man ahead of me at the counter. NO MASK! 2 young girls (6ish and 8ish) behind me. NO MASKS!! (one even holding her nose and breath!?!?!) I believe his name is John-Luis at the cash register. Your cameras will show me backing up from the elderly man then approaching me to talk to me. Never again!

I spend way too much time at Kwik Trip stores. The food is way better than what you will find at other gas stations. They are always clean and the staff is always friendly. This was the best thing that ever happened to PDQ. I had a toasted cheese sandwich and a bowl of chicken noodle soup.... are ya kiddin me?!?!?! It has been years since I had that combo. Awesome job!

I went into grab a Coke tonight. While inside I remembered I needed something in grocery (Miracle Whip) but didn’t want to make another stop so I checked to see if they carried it. I went to the aisle and could confirm that they carried the product but the shelf was empty. On the off chance they got a shipment today I asked the friendly lady at checkout and she was EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND KIND. She said they get shipments for grocery every other day and they did get a shipment today and she could check for me in a minute (she was helping someone else). I said I would appreciate it. She checked and said they DID get that in today and she just had to find which tote it was located inside. She found it within minutes and came up to me and handed me the product. I was super happy and relieved I didn’t need to make another stop before going home. THANKS SO MUCH KWIK TRIP for going the extra mile!!!! Sorry I didn’t catch the lady’s name but she provided excellent customer service. I would have bought the Coke anyway but now I’ll definitely be going back because of how she treated me and handled the situation!!!!

The new pumps play annoying ads that you can't turn off. Probably added a mute button but still really unhappy that I have to sit here and watch ads before I can pump gas. If I could give zero Stars I would
