The manager here. Was very rude short because I asked for $30 in gas and She put $8.30. Then yell when I asked her about. She yelled at this old lady she asking for something. She straps att her. You have to 2 minutes or the gas will turn off. Worst service ever. I never had a issue here ever in there six years I’ve been over here

The customer service experience at this 7/11 is superb. Milena and the blonde woman who I believe is the manager are my definition of a dynamic duo. Fast, efficient, funny and so pleasurable. I have been visiting this 7/11 for over 2 years now and I have not one negative comment. From remembering customer names and engaging in conversation I witness the significant amount of smiles that leave the store after each transaction at every visit. Value these ladies, they are rare.

This is the worst 711 I went here and ordered 2 fresh beef patties and the lady that works there gave me old it's an old beef Patty's while i went to get juice she took out the the old ones and may believe to me that she made brand new ones so she gave me old beef patties that's been sitting there for God knows how long. Not cool .😡😡😡Had to give it to the dog when i got home . So make sure you keep an eye on her and check your food be4 you leave.

I want to thank the 7-Eleven staff for being an outrageous and phenomenon crew, I left my credit card by accident in the POS machine today at 9:30 am & I returned at 7:00 pm to check f I had left my CC by mistake in the POS machine and the cashier looked at me and said you are very lucky that you left your card with us at 7-Eleven, and said to me, we will always be your patrons, and honest with our customers. Thank you for being honest and respectful l. I will always be grateful for your kindness Thank You David Arteaga.

Horrendous.. one word. Be careful with the angry Spanish Skinny Counter Girl With The Glasses in the daytime shift.. she has a problem with life and is trying to spread her virus. You’ve been warned. The supervisor just stands there and let’s her employee act a fool. Never returning to that seven 11 the one on HAITUS is much better with CLASSIER EMPLOYEES, not the breakfast bunch.

Hey, nobody's in the mood for a truck delivery this time of night....some ppl shop longer than others..i promise i wasn't trying to steal your not one had a price tag o. The condoms...almost everything i was interested to buy didn't have a sells price...the condoms...the ice cream...i didn't need the extra attitude guys lady and man on this shift...i run 13 stores for jcp and 555 employees, i wanted to spend out my car change..but i didn't need the poor attitude, i think be careful how we judge our customers....this usually my comfortable place to shop after work..smh

Massive rat!!!!!! Omg!! I was standing over by the sandwiches and as I'm glancing to my right, browsing through my options, a MASSIVE RAT zoomed from the coffee machines towards the wall!!! My husband and I dropped everything and ran clear out of there! I will NEVER be going there again. Used to be one of my favorite places to go to in the morning before work. Now, every time I drive by it, I get nauseous.

The young Chinese looking girl tried me by giving me back change with one of those bills being a FAKE TWENTY DOLLAR BILL after I paid with a $100 dollar bill. I told her that the $20 she gave me looks fake and she said “it’s a certificate twenty dollar bill”. I took the bill and went to another store shortly after and tried paying with that same “TWENTY DOLLAR CERTIFICATE BILL” that the young Chinese girl gave me and they told me that the money was FAKE! I went back to this 7 Eleven and told the young Chinese girl, this MONEY IS FAKE and I need my money now and if you don’t give me back a real $20 like I gave you a real $100 bill, I’m going to call the police and make them run the cameras and show them that I questioned this FAKE TWENTY DOLLAR BILL when you placed it in my hands, as you were aware that you were giving me FAKE MONEY and probably didn’t want that to be on you with your employer for accepting FAKE MONEY and NOT checking to see if it was real. She didn’t even argue with me, took the FAKE twenty back and gave me a REAL $20 bill. I normally would have still made a police report but wanted to spare the young girl. I hope she learned a valuable lesson not to try me like that again when I come into the store!!!!! 0 STARS!!!!

Walked in for a quick pizza at 11:45pm after a long day of Work, I just needed a pizza that takes 4 min to cook. As soon as me and my brother in law walk in the cashier with the dreads immediately goes to the back murmuring something under his breath. When he came out 8 min later leaving the store completely unattended I politely asked him for a pizza Togo. He said no. He doesn’t do pizzas after 12. I told him it was 11:53pm. He said NO ITS 12 HOW YOU GONNA TELL ME WHAT TIME IT IS? I asked for his name and he said BOB which I’m sure isn’t his real name. Basically refused to serve us because he didn’t want to clean the oven. If he would have said it a nicer way we would have understood and left. But this guy was useless. Corporate needs to address this horrible customer service.
