If they had a negative stars rating. The CVS takes the cake. Worst costume service, pharmacy technician are lost. The pharmacist does have any information and have no sense of urgency. Drive thru is a horrible experience. When asked for the pharmacist manager or director names, they said they didn’t have the information. And on top of the they discussed my medication information in front of another customer the got of the car and cut me off in the middle of the conversation and they ignored me. When as for a corporate number said they did not have the information so I google it. They should retraining and educate staff of customers services stander patients care.

The pharmacy gave me a prescription that was prescribed from a doctor that I went to 3 yrs ago. I took the medication thinking that my current physician had prescribed it because he and I had discussed other medications.

The pharmacy has the worst service on the phone .. i have a medication that is needed for lupus… and everytime i call i get the worst attitude ever … and at the end of the call i get an mmhmm bye .. like you guys work with people who need meds for pain and other things like to keep living check your attitudes at the door before your work day thank you !!!

Disgusted! Been a customer of CVS well over 20 years never been treated disrespectfully until today. I walked up to pharmacy counter to pick up prescription and pay for my carry basket with items in it. Alexis behind the counter at the register looks at me and says you need to take that up front!”, I told her I’ve always paid for other items while picking up a prescription, she said “ you have too many!”. There was not one other customer near the pharmacy at this point and was completely inappropriate and disrespectful.

This is regarding the pharmacy not the store. I am on a very strict medication that has a 5 day window to fill & pick up. If not the doctor cancels the program, there is a waiting period and you have to start all over. Long story short, CVS received my doctor’s prescription on a Friday last month and never filled it nor did they bother to even make sure they had it in stock. When I go to pick it up I’m told sorry we don’t have your prescription and we’re out of stock. Naturally I am freaking out & ask to speak to a manager. Laurice comes to the window and does nothing but confirm that “oh well yeah sorry we don’t have it, and I don’t have an explanation as to why this wasn’t filled”. When I ask if she can find a CVS that DOES have it in stock and transfer it, she tells me “I simply don’t have time for that”, and hangs up the pharmacy window phone. It was 7:30pm and the pharmacy closes at 8pm so rather than help me… I scrambled to find a Publix (being it the last day I can retrieve the prescription). Worst night ever and I’ll NEVER fill prescriptions at CVS. PUBLIX ALL THE WAY YALL!

The worst customer service ever by Julien. I went to pick up a prescription after surgery that was offer after 20 minutes. I came back almost 3 hours later. Due to the type of medicine it needed to be check that I do understand and agree with the procedure. However I don't agree with the way this little punk who thinks he is the owner to tell me that it was not ready and that "HE WILL FILLED UP WHEN HE CAN" I talked with his manager hopefully somebody put this guy in his place and teach him some customer service. After talking with the manager it was filled in 5 minutes. I will send my complain to the corporate office

CVS Pharmacy is a chain so there is not much difference between the layouts or product selection of any two stores. What sets this store apart is that every time I come here the service is always great and the things I need are in stock. This place is just reliable. Passport pictures were a breeze here the last time two times I needed them. For the most part the associates here go out of their way to make sure you have good experience.
