I went to Auto Nation Jeep RAM Pembroke Pines because I believed my alternator was having problems on Friday the 26th. The Service staff did not handle the situation properly and charged me almost $200 for a battery test... I spoke with Frank, the GM, he was able to resolve the situation and treated me with respect. The absolute WORST dealership to deal with. Of course they are wonderful when selling you a car and/or extended warranty's but once the deal is done, good luck! The warranty's are a huge scam, getting any of the services promised under the extended warranty is close to impossible. Getting someone to answer the phone is a even worst. The management could care less. I've left numerous messages for management to call me, still nothing. My car has been there for weeks with no updates on what repairs the car needs. Awful communication, terrible customer service. Waited over a week for a battery change when I was initially told a couple day fix. Whenever I needed an update on my car I had to call, which was impossible to get a hold of anyone that could give me information on my car.

Paid for a service I don't have prove they completed. Alignment process automatically prints a report of the work done, didn't happened this time, and on request I was given a BS response. Not a good first impression.

The service advisors are very attentive. Took longer than precovid days to diagnose the issue but they found and fixed it. They have nice and clean facilities, a shuttle service to pick you up and drop you off. My overall experience was satisfactory.

I’ve purchased two Jeep Wranglers there, a used 2015 JK & a 2018 JL, their service was top notch prior to the “pandemic” but now it is horrendous in the service department! After a tire rotation my wife’s front driver side tire almost fell off on I-75, now I call and they say that a diagnosis where they hook a computer to your cars computer will take 5+ days!?!? Maybe they don’t want to work but for those of us who do want to go to work need their vehicles!! I asked to speak to a service manager, which used to be Daniel, but now they got this cut throat guy with dreads pulled back who isn’t very friendly and basically has turned their service department into a money making machine for Auto Nation! So you may get additional items you really don’t need. The person on the phone said the manager wasn’t gonna say anything different and was running block from the manager! A manager when requested should answer customers calls and take the brunt of a customer’s frustration,…. that’s why they make the big bucks! Unfortunately, I will be seeking a new dealership and service department! Auto Nation and it’s employees would rather be home on lockdown collecting a government check! Took the car in for a battery check. Jesus the service advisor called me and told me that I needed to replace my brakes. I had just done the entire brake system two months ago. Then he told me I needed three additional services that probably didn’t. He is the worst service advisor ever. He should be fire. Never available for his customers. $566 later They couldn’t tell me why my engine light was on. The answer was probably nothing. Stay away from this place.

Place is great . I was looking for a brand new 2021 Chrysler 300 touring L and found the closest one to me in this place while looking online. I asked around and they Came highly recommended from multiple friends including my own brother and father. Stan was my sales guy and mr.spalding apparently knows my father personally so that was very pleasant and immediately made me feel like I was around family, sound blokes. They understood what I wanted to see happen in order to make a deal and they got it done. In another note. I’m aware of used car prices but I was honestly shocked at the amount of money they got for my trade . If you want to trade a car and jump into something new, these are the guys to see.they are not messing around 😮

Service department charged me 360 dollars to diagnose 2 issues with my truck. I get called that my vehicle is ready and when I go to open my door I find this. Parts laying on my passenger seat. I came to the dealer for a professional take on matters needed for my vehicle and this is what I get. Literally a job half done. I will never be coming back to this location and I am glad I didn't have them do the repairs needed. They wanted to charge me 800 for just the ABS module which is online from mopar factory for 500. And 250 for the installation of a 40 dollar purge valve seen in my hand on the picture, which mind you I reinstalled myself in 15 seconds before the mechanic could even come out to do it himself.
