I went to Big Lots in Pembroke Pines, FL to buy a patio furniture set and was helped by Anna. She was excellent since the second we asked for help. She helped us with everything we needed. The gentleman that worked in the furniture department was super helpful and friendly. I had never been in a Big lots before, so I was super happy with how the employees worked. Everyone I had encountered that day were helpful and nice.

Been going since Mac frugal days! Gaby the associate was very pleasant and guided me to the items I over looked. Hope the pay for the employees jumped as much as the prices for my items!

Only one star, a lot of the dry goods food have bugs in it, like oatmeal and even pasta. DON'T BUY FOOD AT THIS LOCATION.

This Big Lots has a huge furniture section and a wide variety of household products at very affordable prices. The store is very nicely lit and very clean and centrally located for quick and easy access. The staff were courteous and helpful.
