Ordered a sausage biscuit and 5pc French toast and it was the worse. Food was rock hard and didn’t even get syrup for French toast. Never going back.

The customer service this time around was a lot nicer then the management from 2 weeks ago, real tall lady, super disrespectful with an employee. 2 weeks ago I would give 2 stars.

For the first time I actually tasted the flame broiled 🤣 might have been a little stronger than I needed but burgers were nice and fresh onion rings were piping hot and crunchy and woman at the window was friendly. Can't ask for more than that at 9:30 at night! Great visit is pretty consistent here.

Just like a review mentioned below me, these guys made the most flame broiled burgers I've tasted at BK. Piping hot and fresh. They have fresh nuggets on hand a lot too and they hit different when they're hot.

This is one of the slowest And most unprofessional inconsiderate inconsiderate workers at this job this the Spanish woman she seems like to be the manager we waited over 45 minutes to get our food and we didn't even get a sorry for the long wait. She had a disgruntled face while giving me My order I will never come back to this Burger King ever again they said it was short staff but 45 minutes and to have attitude thrown at you it's one of the worst experiences ever.

I live really close by and visit this location weekly. I've had one or 2 shaky experiences but the food is usually hot & fresh when I order. Customer service is always great when I visit as well.

Saturday morning 7:45 am the restaurant looks closed no one I mean nobody I pull up to the drive-through sitting there for minutes no one responds I say good morning Guy answers give me a minute please mind you there’s nobody there OK I wait seven minutes. Finally order is taken I pull up no one in front ok I pay I received a medium size drink I asked for a large I told him I turned around closed the window and walked away and never returned crazy !!!! Not going back I found that all BK restaurants are being run poorly and the majority are Managed by a person of color. I’m by all means not racist just observant how things are and I don’t remember ever having a terrible experience at a Burger King I have been a customer for over 40 years and I’m really considering never going to another Burger King good luck make changes I see more BK restaurants closing like they have been

Margaret is the worst employee, manager, I have experience coming to fast food establishment.. Her, answering a question is one of the worst things you can do. attitude after attitude; Telling me I messing up her time(whatever that is).. My food was cold, the sprite taste like Alka seltzer.. Not telling you not to support that specific burger king just giving you my experience...

The new chking, was awful. Was cold, like it was sitting around all day. It was like leather maybe was a recook. But at 11:00 @ night this is the garbage they give you. This is the second time with their new chicken sandwich that had issues, maybe they dont know how to cook them yet. Not saying much for them, maybe stick to other places who know how to cook a chicken sandwich. Good luck people. Leave feedback peeps.
