I chose this store to play the lottery 7/21/2022 let's just say the customer service sucked very rude cashier I left my phone on the counter and it's 5 days later still no phone. I called this location the phone just rings. I live in another state. I can't just drive there and talk to anyone.

I’ve been coming here for the longest. New guy (older guy) at the register today was very rude and seemed annoyed to be working and helping me at the register when all I needed was gas. I told him I needed to put my rewards number in and he said he couldn’t put it in that I had to show him something to scan? There’s no such thing but shows you how lazy people are. Plus don’t know about something important about where he works at like the rewards program and how it works.

This is the first exit in Florida headed east from Alabama. Gas is cheap compared to the rest of Florida. Today is June 5, 2022 1:04am. Gas is $4.599. The customer service is amazing. The store is well stocked. But, the store is filthy and smells like urine. The bathroom is worst. Take care of the filth and this is easily a 5 star store.

Date was 14 March 2022, at about 0745. I received very poor and rude service by a line server and the duty manager. I was given the wrong order at the drive-through and had to return inside the store to get the correct coffee order. I did not receive an apology and was even asked to return to the line so I could dispose of whomevers order they had incorrectly given me, which I refused to do. gave me. The manager became mute and would not answer my questions. I will never go to this Panera store again.

Honestly, if I could give 0 stars, I would. This morning, my car broke down at the gas pump. I went in to notify the cashier, and the first words out of her mouth were “you have to move it from the pump.” I asked if there were anyone there to help me move it, since the parking lot was empty, to which she responded “go find someone. And I’ll call *insert woman’s name.*” the other clerk comes out and again tells me I have to move. I walk outside, and a wonderful lady (another customer) flags down a man who had just pulled into the parking lot. She asks him to help and they help me move my car. Upon getting it to stop, the second woman comes out the door saying “you can’t park there. I have to get my gas. You have to move it.” I became more frustrated and asked why she didn’t mention it before. She tried to blame it on miscommunication, but that would imply it had been remotely communicated. Another elderly woman jumped in this time to help move my car. We stopped in what was still considered a tow zone, and the clerk offered to give me a small window to get my husband back over to help me without towing the car. All in all, having a two clerks rudely speak to someone having car trouble is completely unacceptable. I will not go back to this Shell.

I have pictures and video of the 6 pack of bud light platinum I bought when I got home 1 of them was a bud lite bottle I kinda laughed it off until I saw it was empty with the cap pressed back on then checked the other bottles in the 6 pack only 3 were full and sealed bud lite platinum there were two half drank bud lite platinums still sealed !!! I thought it was a joke I have video of me showing and tried calling shell n the number doesn’t work for them or for the subway inside

Easy exit on hwy ten at exit 5 to get into. Small lot for parking, say 15 to 20 big rigs. Men's restroom dirty, only two toilets to use. Friendly staff.

Nasty, filthy, horrible smelling rest rooms with no soap to even wash your hands. The whole store was filthy and the attendants were very rude and to busy yakking with each other to wait on all the customers in line. When I told the gal at the register about no soap in the bathroom and how filthy they were.. she said rudely.. what you want me to do about it.. I replied, remedy it and she laughed and said ya, right. Avoid this crap whole like you would the plauge!
