Over 45 minutes on the phone trying to update my cell number on my credit card and no luck. I was transferred 4 times and finally told I need to come in to location to update. Will be canceling this credit card. "Experiencing high wait times" is the message you will get if you try to get service through the phone.

I had a very good experience in this banking center. The manager, Gladys Soto was very pleasant and helpful with an issue that I had with an account. She was able to resolve my problem immediately. I do recommend this branch to my family and friends. The staff overall is very professional and courteous.

The Bank Manager, Gladys Soto, is very professional, friendly and delivers an excellent and complete banking service. She takes the time needed to answer any questions and to fully explain in details any concerns. Is a pleasure working with her. Bathrooms are grosser than any other Bank of America I have been to. What a shame honestly. Plus the women’s bathroom doesn’t even work and there were no paper towels along with the toilet paper on the floor.

They need a better system. How can management only have one consultant for 10 people per half an hour accumulating 1-4 customers/clients every 5 - 10 minutes? Shouldn't the consultants voice their concern on the workload? Shouldn't they carefully plan their appointments and schedules? I don't think BoA corporate needs to train their field branch employees for this. I will give them this, they do have a good customer relationship ethic, that's why I gave them two stars. If Google allows me to revise my ratings in the future when I visit this same branch Saturday I will change, but for now they have a solid two stars.

Very good service. We recently opened a bank account here and it went very smoothly. The employees are very kind and courteous. They help you a lot regarding any type of questions you might have. The office places are also very clean and bright, so overall a very good option.

I went in to cash a check, and they make me wait more than ten minutes just because I do not have an account with them. Then the supervisor approach asking me to open an account, what a regular cashing a check time takes, become the triple of the time because I do not have an account with them. And at the end when they finally gave me the money, she not even ask how I want it, and hand me all 100 bills. The name of the cashier was CLAUDIA worst bank visit ever!!!!!!!!!

Great customer service.They are friendly and professional.About customer who said take 10 minutes to change a check at least Bank of America do it, because other branches if you are not customer they don't change it for you.Also I know teller Claudia she is very professional and always have smile for the customers.
