Horrible service and messed up priorities for customer service.The manager clearly does not have his priorities straight on customer service I went in to have a document notarized.I am a private client of the bank I waited for an hour and finally walked away the manager saw me waiting I was the only customer in the bank but he preferred to take care of internal stuff. I will never go to that branch again Even though its my closest branch to home

It is incredible that Chase has not closed down this atrocious location. I simply could not let go of how terrible my experience was and felt compelled to write a review, only to find myself among so many others with similar experiences. My wife and I went in to open a new checking account, a joint savings account with over $15,000 ready to deposit and open another credit card. After waiting to see someone, we were told our coupon was expired. After asking if there was any other coupon to use I was told I could go home and look it up online to see if there was something I could find. I stopped my wife from getting up to leave and simply used my phone and and instantly asked if the new coupon I found was what was available. The woman said she guessed that is what I could use. I asked about the credit card I wanted to open/ up grade to and I was told that a few weeks earlier a rule was changed and I would not receive the free miles for opening the card. I tried to ask if she was willing to work with us or tell us more but she simply ended the conversation. I was shocked at the level of disrespect and lack of enthusiasm to help a customer and accept my money and new accounts. Our entire interaction could have been under 5 minutes. I have been a Chase customer for years and this experience had me consider finding a new bank. I do not recommend anyone to go to this location and I hope someone high up enough from Chase will see this and invest the any amount of energy to help move this staff from quiet possibly the lowest level of customer service.

I am writing this review regarding a recent experience with Luis Canario, a manager at the Chase Bank branch. I have never been more disappointed and underwhelmed by the level of customer service and incompetence from this individual. Not only did he not know how to do his job (I ultimately had to go to a different location to return a money order) but he made go back and forth to western union twice insisting he was right and there was nothing he could do. I was able to get this resolved in less than 2 minutes at this other location. What should have been a very quick visit resulted in me losing hours of my time. I find it difficult to believe this person is qualified to be in a manager position and should probably go through additional training to avoid future let downs with other customers.

The manager LUIS CANARIO is extremely rude and incompetent. I went to the branch to get help with and instead of helping me he created even more issues with bank. I couldn’t understand how Chase can keep manager like this WHO DOESN’T KNOW WHAT HE’S DOING.

I went here at 11am Saturday 23rd 2019. I wanted to deposit my $3450. I gave all $3450 to banker staff and he received it and counted it. The first time he said $3480, the second time he said only $3400, I didn’t believe and told him count again. He still told me $3400. I told him gave me back money to deposit money by machine and I can deposit only $3400. I confident that I counted at home it is $3450. I believe this banker stole my $50. Such a bad banker :( I deposited here 3 times by machine before and always got correct amount which I counted at home. I Never trust people here any more. People please don’t trust bankers here, just use machine, machine won’t lie and steal money.

Truly saddened by the service I received today with seven employees and 5 customers it took me over 20 minutes as a business owner to deposit a money order. After waiting 15 minutes I asked an employee if she could help me since I was a business owner and I needed to leave, she walked away and said nothing and as I was next in line she finally opens the window saving me a total of 10 seconds. Numerous employees walk past me none of which I said excuse me or apologize for the wait. At one time they had four employees helping One customer as I say that they're extremely upset that I now had to wait over 20 minutes to deposit a money order. I could not deposit it in the ATM due to the ATM not accepting the large size of the money order. I'm usually ATM customer with the exception of paying my rent, paying my rent each month goes smoothly with a beautiful Latina woman behind the counter anyone else there at this Branch does not know what they're doing nor knows the word customer service. UPDATE 7/12/15 Went in last week and same thing one window 10 customs waiting in line on a Friday at 1 pm. Manager offered no apology and when asked what the issue was he stared me down and said we are opening another window..... A little bit too later buddy... And keep eye balling me... UPDATE 12/2018 One window chase with 30 mins lines are still alive and ruining ppls day

This branch is full of incompetent bankers. They have misspelled my name or business name on all of my business accounts causing funds to be frozen for weeks at a time and forcing me to come in and resign papers over and over multiple times until everything is correct. Do yourself a favor and go to another branch, there are no competent bankers who have the ability to spell things correctly here

The manager LUIS CANARIO from this branch is extremely rude and unprofessional. my family had been doing business with this bank many years now and never encountered someone like this character. We hope to find a new manager in this branch, because employees like this are the ones destroying businesses reputation.
