Had a front end alignment everything under truck was brand new they did an alignment and the steering wheel was turned to the left brought it back said that was normal not happning i took it to a different shop and they fixed it right a plus charged me 80 dollars n screwed it up had it fixed for 60 dollars sad never going there again 😡😡😡😡

Back in December, we brought our car in to seal a tire after we found that we ran over a screw. They said they’d do it, took our money, and sent us on our way. Fast forward to now and we’ve been having to re-inflate the tire every week and couldn’t figure out why. Took it to another place and when they took the tire off the rim we found our problem: the screw was still there just with the head cut off and pushed in so we couldn’t see it from the outside. TL;DR took our money for a service they agreed to do and didn’t carry out.

😱😱😱Just to let everybody know be careful when you buy a tire from these people because I bought two front tires for my 2006 Dodge Dakota and the left front tire blew out on me on top of the Howard Franklin I crashed into the left wall and the car in the left lane hit my back driver side panel of the bed of the truck I went back up there to try to get them to fix my vehicle and replace the tire and they didn't the tire that blew out had a patch on the inside and that's where it blew out at paid $200 for these tires and I almost got killed buying tires from these people so be careful when purchasing tires from this location 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱🤬🤬🤬🤬😎😎😎😎😎

I needed a tire. Got a used one for $55.00. This is business is run by a Asian family. I tried one tire place on Park Boulevard and 72 St No. They did not have my size I needed 225 60R16. New ones went for $85.00 at the 72 St.

I would definitely call them THIEVES (zero stars). I went back to have the wheel balance rechecked after they installed my own new tires (persistent front wheel vibration). They gave me an attitude and they put glue on a stud so it broke when I tried to remove the lug nut. Terrible service, dishonest people (blood boiling kind of experience). Will report to BBB but I feel like calling the police too.

Great service really went the extra mile to help me out. Found me the tires I needed really quick and installed them perfectly. Went to 5 other places and they were by far the nicest and mostprofessional. Family business!! Excellent will recommend to all! Thank u
