I have nothing but good things to say about this company. The team is kind, the mechanics are knowledgeable, and their customer service is top notch! I loved how the mechanics would show me exactly what was wrong with my car and explain the steps taken to fix the issue. The complementary uber service to and from the shop was greatly appreciated and made dropping my car off and picking it back up so easy. Nice waiting room, large television with numerous channel selections. Coffee and cold water supplied. Work began immediately and was completed quickly. The interior of the vehicle was protected with disposable floor protection and plastic covering the driver seat. All employees were very pleasant and considerate. This is by far THE BEST place I have ever brought a car. Julie and Molly were exceptionally friendly and their communication and customer service is excellent, clear, and fair. John built my trust by bringing me back into the garage to show me exactly what was wrong with my car and what they would do to fix it. I have never had a place take the time to do that with me, and it absolutely built my trust in their expertise. Their waiting room is comfortable and they go above and beyond to make the experience a good one. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Working with RB Auto Service is about as smooth as getting major repairs done on a car can be. They offered and provided transportation for me whenever I needed it, and even when I didn't. I had a couple of repairs that required coordination with the dealership that they completely managed and needed nothing from me except my approval. The work was completed in a timely fashion with constant communication. Julie and AJ and the people behind the scenes were great. I intend to return for any future service needs. AJ always provides great customer service and he makes sure you are satisfied. They are cost efficient while still providing quality service. I have been having issues with my cars brakes, alignment, and several other related issues since last summer. I’ve had several “fixes” for my Cadillac ATS-V from 2 different dealerships. My patience with no one being able to fix it was a negative 10. I told RB Auto Service this. They promised me they would find out the root cause and get it back to good as new! They blew my expectations away and fixed all the issues and found a couple other things that could have been causing everything. The communication was awesome and I’ll be using them for a long as I have this vehicle and live in the area! Highly recommend them!
