They were very nice. Took a few days to fix my car (new radiator, hoses, thermostat, blower motor). There is a 2 year warranty on their work. There was an issue with my glovebox and they made it right the same day.

Needed new shifting cable. They told me they couldn't find one anyplace so the guy said he spliced it and it should last years. Lasted 3 months. Cost me $850. My brother who has been a mechanic for 46 years, said there was no splice just a grommet placed on it. He also said these cables are very easy to get. They took advantage of us. Will NEVER go here again!!! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Rick is really nice, professional, very courteous, and has AMAZING people and customer service skills. Jeanette, the owner, treated me like a person with compassion and understanding and not like a money symbol. Juan, the mechanic was very knowledgeable and treated my car with respect. Bo, was nice enough to give me a lift home when I received the bad news that my car needed to stay overnight for repairs. Their fees for services are very reasonable and their advice was sound. This is the second time I have been to National Auto Service Center and I would definitely go again and I would also recommend them for services. Everyone that works at this shop is very compassionate and friendly. This is the second time we have brought our vehicle here , and each time we were talked to , not at , and explained everything fully that needed to be done . Jeanette, the owner, was extremely helpful and compassionate. We were waiting to have the car serviced and she brought us water and snacks . We had my dog with us, and she even brought water and a snack for her too. This is the only shop we will take our car to in the future. It is nice to be able to go to a mechanic shop, and not be treated like we are stupid. I will always recommend this shop to anyone in the future . They have been nothing but helpful and kind to us . I took my car here this morning because all I have heard was amazing things about the service here. I walked in and Rick was very professional and helpful. I thought my battery or alternator was dead and all it was, was negative terminal to the battery. The tech cleaned the terminal for me and got all the corrosion off. Lies! AAA dispatched Rick from National Auto Service. Rick talked my son into having car towed to his shop instead of AAA owned shop. They recommended work that didn’t need to be done. Over $1500 worth of work. They kept parts from the car and lied that they didn’t have them. Rick said they didn’t have tow trucks. I called the towing number on the card he gave us, the number rings right back to Rick at the shop. Do not let them tow your car and do not take your car to this shop! I have asked AAA to remove their badge GM from this shop.

I was recommended this con artist by a AAA tow truck driver and I regretted it. They tried telling me my engine was beyond repair, I had no oil, and various other engine issues. I had a cylinder 2 engine error on my code reader, which I looked up and it was a simple fix according to several sites but to my surprise they claimed no error code was given and they charged me $98 for a diagnostic and after waiting for the call I got told it would cost $8000 to fix. They then gave me several options, finance or they can get rid of the car for me. So I called my brother in law and he recommended Ace auto air and muffler. I towed it to them and it only cost $236 to fix, a vastly different price! Service: Engine repair

This place was recommended By one of AAA drivers…. What can I say ( a complete joke) I was told my engine was bad and needed to be replaced. Let’s just say BMW will have my car fixed and ready Friday. I was told by National Auto service the job will be $11,000 also I was told by the owner “” I don’t give written estimates “” I don’t care what company you are if you can’t write a estimate, I feel that’s being dishonest. So please READ reviews take heed . There really true .
