They first tried to sell us used tires but we said no and moved on to brand new ones..they weren't a big name brand like Bridgestone or Michelins but they were good for 40,000 miles so 4 new tires for 350 and an extra 50 for an alignment so that's not too bad.. We expected higher prices because well face it everyone has raised their prices..with the supply chain of demand being broken right now everyone is inflating their prices even grocery stores..it's gotten ridiculous. We've been going to this guy for over 10 years and he's always given us a great deal better than the one he offered us but like I said..INFLATION Anyways not a bad deal and they were quick fast and pleasant actually a good group of guys who aren't trying to RIP you off.. Rick is really nice, professional, very courteous, and has AMAZING people and customer service skills. Jeanette, the owner, treated me like a person with compassion and understanding and not like a money symbol. Juan, the mechanic was very knowledgeable and treated my car with respect. Bo, was nice enough to give me a lift home when I received the bad news that my car needed to stay overnight for repairs. Their fees for services are very reasonable and their advice was sound. This is the second time I have been to National Auto Service Center and I would definitely go again and I would also recommend them for services. This is by far THE BEST place I have ever brought a car. Julie and Molly were exceptionally friendly and their communication and customer service is excellent, clear, and fair. John built my trust by bringing me back into the garage to show me exactly what was wrong with my car and what they would do to fix it. I have never had a place take the time to do that with me, and it absolutely built my trust in their expertise. Their waiting room is comfortable and they go above and beyond to make the experience a good one. Can't recommend them highly enough! ~Beth
