Bought an engagement ring from these people. We decided to go a little bit bigger and bought with another jeweler, these people wouldn't refund or exchange, the saleswomen that sold me the ring just days before would do absolutely nothing to help, claimed she didn't have enough money to buy back!!!

Went in on Valentines Day looking for an anklet. They had 3 to choose from. Got a very nice piece for the right price. Also have been here for my crucifix to be repaired. They even cleaned it after the repair. Very happy with my experience here.

Brought in a very old vintage watch. Had the battery checked. Was returned with no bezel. Thieves at their finest. Never take anything to have repaired there. They fix with new parts and take the vintage and steal items they need. The pawn shop part of things is basically for looks. This store stays open under the pretense of thievery, they never have business. Also very rude.

The store is very clean and smells lovely, and the ladies working behind the counter were kind. I was selling some jewelry that I didnt really want to sell, but I needed the cash. They took their time reviewing my items, but unfortunately I did not sell do to what they offered me. I ended up at Cash 4 Gold on park blvd just based on their reviews. On some of the items they offered me 50% more than what Stout offered me. I understand it's a business and they need to be able to make a profit, too, but their pricing was not as honest as I was hoping for.

Very clean and organized place, Mashell is very knowledgeable and sweet. While waiting for my battery, she spoke with a gentleman as if they were family and assured him that his layaway was secure! It was amazing to see, will be coming back!
