Called about a vehicle and this clown John was a complete A-Hole to me on the phone and hung up on me. Total Jerk and unprofessional with his Wlanguage and response to legit questions. When dealing with a customer that might have purchased a vehicle it would be best to have a better attitude. I would never try to do business with this guy and would never go near this place. I advise everyone to do the same due to negative red flags.

I dealt with Jon who sold us a top of the range BMW i3 range extender with leather and every package available. Great car, great salesman , worth the drive down from West Palm Beach. Recommended totally. Easier to deal with than stupid Greggs and Offlease wrecks.

Went with my son to test drive an 2012 Audi Q5 advertised in Offer Up on June 8. A salesman named Jon showed us the car. He seemed nice but my son said he was a little weird with some comments he made. The car had a few issues and Jon said he would have them taken care of. We sat down to negotiate price and he said he had to call Marco, the owner of the car. I thought we had agreed on price when he came and said it will be $500 more. We said we would think about it. We came back to make the deal and I put $500 deposit down. He said car would be ready next day at 5 pm. Which was June 9 th. He called me June 9 th and said it wasn’t ready and that it would be ready June10 th at 5pm. On June 10 th he called and said it wouldn’t be ready till June 11 th st 5 pm. I was very upset and said I want to cancel and get my deposit back. He got rude on the phone and said I would not be getting my deposit back. Immediately My son and I went down to his office where he acted strange, like he didn’t want to talk to us. He said to sit down and wait for Marcos. We waited and no Marcos showed up. I said I want to call Marcos or he can call me. He acted like he was making phone calls..... Not sure if they were real. He got of his cellphone and he said Marcos did not want to talk to me and that he will not be giving me back my $500 Deposit and he wanted us to leave or he would call the police. Because we were quite upset by this time. Nothing was ever said or written anywhere that the deposit was non-refundable. We went and sat in Our car for awhile. My son went back in but it was useless. The man, Jon was a real jerk and my son was getting very upset too so I decided to leave. PLEASE DON’T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH SILVA SERVICES/SILVA AUTO SALES....IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!!!!!! And this Salesman, Jon was horrible, rude, and mean!! Don’t deal with him. As for the elusive Marcos who we waited for and he never showed up and didn’t want to talk to us on the phone per Jon the Salesman..... What you sow you will reap..... it all comes back around..... Wrong replyJon.....it’s not bc we found a cheaper car... it’s because you said it would be ready 3 days ago. And I never said paint the hood... you were just buffing out scratches on hood.... the headliner and other work you said you were doing before we looked at car.....as you had parts inside car. YOU SHOULD REFUND MY DEPOSIT AND MOVE ON......... CAR WILL SELL SOON ESPECIALLY NOW THAT ITS ALL FIXED UP..... .... ITS BAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS TO DO THIS TO ME..... YOU NEED TO LEARN ETIQUETTE .....ALWAYS MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY. WHEN YOU SELL CAR...REFUND MY $500.....ITS THE RIGHT THING TO DO !!!

My sister called from up north asking if I'd go check out an Audi convertible that she found online. I had never heard of this dealer but agreed to go look at it. Went down to Silva Auto Sales in Pompano and met the Sales Manager Jon. The A4 Cabriolet was clean and ran perfect just like the advertisement said. More impressive was Jon the sales guy...he was polite, patient and very professional. Jon was ultimately a big part of the reason I recommended she buy the car. We are very pleased with our experience at Silva Auto Sales and highly recommend doing business with them thanks Jon!

I came in to Silva Auto sales looking for a small car that was economical to go back and forth to work. Well, let me start by saying that the place is not a high class luxury used car dealership but a family owned business, so you can forget the nice chairs and perfect walls. Jon greeted me with a smile and sat down to listen so as to guide me in my purchase considering my budget (which was small). "I have the perfect car for you an 05 mini cooper S". Jon got the keys, which was actually a whole ordeal since they have this weird way of putting keys away, but i waited. Off we went for a test drive and the car felt great, I informed Jon of a vibration and that the car may need an engine mount (I have some knowledge about cars), Jon looked at me and said "you think, well don't worry Marco and I will take car of it and as a matter a fact i will make sure the car is all serviced for you". We drove back after a a 5 miles test and i was happy, I paid for the car and was told that i would get a call back when to drop off the car for service and the engine mount. 3 days went by Jon called and i dropped the car off and 2 days later my mini was back with me. Jon called me a couple days later to make sure all was running well and informed me that he stands behind his products and that if i had any concerns or if the car acted up he would take care of it within reason. Well, so far I put 5, 000 miles on the little car and it runs perfect. I sent 2 co-workers to Jon and he has done everything to make their experience memorable by given them a car that would suit their needs. As i mentioned earlier, the place is not the best looking by far, but the quality of people is well above the rest. Nowhere else have i met a car salesman that was as honest as Jon and Marco. Thank you again for a great car
