Worst experience As I am a door dasher I had an order about 10:20 I waited 15 minutes no one was in sight so I drove around back and guess what I saw all 4 teenage workers sitting out back ignoring customers and dashers waiting for orders. I was also told they have no manager?? I’m just wondering if having a girls with hickeys all over their necks is a good employee expectation I wouldn’t come here

First time ever walking into this carvel, I needed change for a $50 and the young lady, very sweet was going to say yes when suddenly someone walks in which I presume is the owner and immediately said there was no change, yet he had just came in from his car. Either way, disgusting attitude. I just walked out but I feel sorry for the employee who had to say with him. Never coming back for anything!

First time here but it was a good experience. No wait and staff was polite and courteous. Prices are reasonable. They sell birthday cakes and candles.

I have been coming to this location for a while and have never had an issue until today. The young lady that is working has some sort of attitude. Bad business. She made our ice cream and when I point out the fact that the ice cream looks low she advise they only bring it to a certain place. We ordered a large I have attached a photo of where she added the ice cream. Seems that we should have just ordered a smaller size. We'll stick to coldstone from now on.

This Carvel location is Topflight Family Friendly indeed in more than one ways. is very clean and the staff very friendly. She was sure to attend to our very need. Inside The store ▪️Clean ▪️Displays were clean Staff/customer Service ▪️ Friendly ▪️Helpful ▪️Great customer service Products They Offer ▪️ They have over 15 flavors to choose from. My favorite is Grapenut. ▪️ They Have ice cream cakes ▪️Specialty birthday cakes etc ▪️Drinks ‼️What they can improve on.. Just minor but still important. Just picked up my customized cake for the Birthday girl , and got to say they did not disappoint! Very well done, picture came out beautiful , colors makes the cake pop out. The ladies at the place were very kind and helped me from step one, would definitely come back here again! 10/10 services.
