TIP: NEVER BUY A Phone FROM THE BACK! They sell me a moto phone and then can't get me a case. I've tried calling Metro, ordered from Amazon, and ebay. Thanks Xander. Love, Valerie. I've spent $50 on phone covers that were wrong (my phone is 6") and just try to return Internet purchases. I buy phones like how other women buy shoes. Update: Metro contacted me and are very sorry. They say it's a problem. Gee, thanks! Doesn't ONE Metro Store in the universe have my phone case size IN THE BACK ROOM? I mean, that's where he found my GREAT PHONE DEAL! I'm an excellent 10 year customer. ACCOMMODATE ME! I'll soon drop it. HOLDING a phone with no case takes you where you don't want to go and you go slowly insane.

I like my phone and bought it in December. I had questions about the message not line up correctly..Called T-Mobile, they ask me to go in my local one, there you go, the person could answer and did not have any knowledge my device. I was told I should go to Geek and maybe they can help with the setting, what helpless customer sevices

No customer service and dishonest sales people. Be prepared to be over charged, lied to, and not helped. They only care to make a sale, once you pay you're on your own. Check your receipt and bag before leaving and expect an issue that they will not help you with.

Overcharged my wife and her family who don’t speak good English. Corporate store was the one who pointed out what they did after 1 phone didn’t even work and we had to take it to the corporate store to fix.

Went there to get a new phone for my mom, the staff was kinda helpful. Which is why I’m not giving one star. I’m pretty upset that the guy added a screen protector on the bill without telling only reason I knew about it is I asked why the bill was the price it was. He said he added a screen protector and there were a couple other fees... so I let it slide , when I looked at the receipt and seen the screen protector was 32.00$ !!!!!! I could’ve got one on Amazon for 5 bucks. Shady salesman. If you are a good salesman you don’t have to be shady.

My husband and I went into the store intending to get new phones and set up new lines. The front door said that a mask was required at this store however when we went inside the young lady Mariah who was helping us was not wearing a mask. She was also not friendly while we were asking questions and every phone that we picked she said they did not have available. She pointed out two phones that she said they had in stock and that was about it. We ended up leaving without phones or lines and we will not be returning to this location.

came here to switch carriers after i had been switching back and fourth with this carrier for about 10 years now , seems like all this place does is hire children. my “helper” had been on his phone as i was trying to give him my information , then proceeded to go to the back , grab his charger , and come back up to plug in his phone. i had to make it known that i was ready , then as i thought everything was in the system he then told me that my previous carrier was not accepting any of their requests which i should’ve been told from the start instead of wasting my hour. i then told him to give me the phones(2) back & without being organized he had switched both of our SIM cards so we had to do it ourselves when we got home. not to forget neither of them had been wearing masks as employees are required to do so. never again will i go to this location.
