I gave two stars because the employee was nice but last week I had called in a order for chilli Rasbora and they had told me they didn’t have them right now but they would special order it for me and told me they would come in the next Wednesday so about a week and a half, they also took my number and said they would call me when they were ready. Come Wednesday I call to see if they were ready and they tell me that they never ordered them in the first place!!! They said that they did not have the budget or money for it. I was so excited to get these added to my tank because I love nano fish but now I have to call somewhere else and wait extra. I understand that they are short staffed but seriously come on don’t tell someone that you did something when you didnt. were they just never going to tell me that they never ordered them?!?? I’m extremely frustrated.

We stopped in the store at Clark Road, #378 and was greeted by the young lady Kammile, who helped use with picking out items we need for our small dog. She was helpful and made suggestions as to what would be best for our dogs indigestion problems. She was very pleasant and stayed with us until we were finished.

Awesome interactive staff! They made helpful recommendations without trying to make an extra sale. That matters! The gentleman noticed how badly my dog sheds so we were able to swap out for a different shampoo at bath time. Oh yeah, the reason we were there, for ten bucks, a self service dog washing basin🙂 my dog says thank you! She and I love the Evergreen Spritz.

Love pet supermarket for all of my animals needs and they have the low cost vet that that comes once a month on the weekends I absolutely love that! The staff is friendly I get coupons in my email I earn points that get me money off of my next purchases all around just a wonderful place to shop for your pets

Always a great place to get all your pet needs and very curtious and helpful people who work there also. They make your visit awesome!!!! And they know there stuff from fish to dogs cats or reptiles ect. J.F.

Very pleased with this store! Their tropical fish are extremely healthy, with very clean tanks. I bought fish for my brand new aquarium and haven’t lost one! They offer a wide variety of all pet products and have a super friendly staff on board and are happy to answer all question pertaining to your needs. So happy I found this wonderful store!
