Like most fast food restaurants the employees are the pinnacle of hard work. Called to cancel order after almost 2 hours. Workers seemed more than thrilled that I cancelled order. Can’t rely on anyone these days to perform the simplest tasks.

I order from this location frequently. But after today NEVER AGAIN. We watch the delivery guy come out with someone's order in his hands and dropped there food on the ground.The top came off he looked around scooped it back in the container, sat in his front seat of his car while placing the lid back to secure it, then shook it up really good and set off to deliver it🤢! I called and spoke with the manager he said he will have a talk with the guy. But dropping food on the ground then picking it up to give someone is absolutely disgusting and shouldn't be tolerate. This is probably not his first time doing something like this or worse. So if your food was delivered by a bluish car with like black convertible rag top your food was dropped on the ground. Papa John's yall have to do better.

Haven't had Papa John's in a long time and was disappointed with our takeout pizza. Toppings were very skimpy and very little sauce. May be another long while before I get Papa John's again!

Ordered pizza last night for my family from this location. Even tipped the driver extra for his speediness but this morning everyone is feeling sick and puking. Needless to say we will not be ordering pizza from this location again.

Great pizza, super polite young man at the register. There was a slight mix up, with our Garlic knots being well done and missing the sauce. The manager stepped in and offered a solution that was much to my family’s satisfaction. 5 stars isn’t always about a perfect experience, but rather how an imperfect experience is addressed.

This is the response i got when CRYSTAL NAPIER replied to my order when I came in was told 10 more minutes when app stated ready was fine. Then after 12 minutes I asked were my pizza was was told have to cook it will take 10 minutes no explanation or apology. Ridiculous you run this store this way your arrogant and not customer oriented. Get over yourself it's about the customer if there is an issue. As you replied you thought I was upset about waiting, wow YOUR FIRED It was about being lied to pizza will be 10 more minutes when it wasn't in oven and not acknowledging YOUR ERROR. Dear Bruce, I am sorry you had to wait for your food a little longer then was stated.We try our best to get the food out on time but sometimes things happen and we get backed up. As for the points we cant add them at the store but at the bottom of your receipt there are number that you can go in to your acct and add them yourself. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The cheesy bread is always great but tonight (which is a Saturday night), there is no delivery. I called the next nearest location they wouldn’t deliver and offered me the closest location delivery number. I told them that they aren’t delivering tonight…”can’t help you”. Also if you don’t use your mobile app to order you can’t use your rewards points!!!

We just ordered pizza and bread sticks from store 0804 in Seminole. Phone number listed is not operational. The breadsticks were swimming in grease. One of the pizzas was supposed to be ham, mushroom, bacon, and pepperoni and the second pizza was supposed to be six cheese. The pizzas were thick like a loaf of italian bread The first pizza had barely any toppings and the ham was missing. Worst pizza experience ever. Will never order again. If I could give zero stars i would.
