I have no idea about their products, but I work near their plant, and they regularly perfume the neighborhood with wonderful cooking odors, but I've never been able to get in contact with anyone in their management to get samples.

Individual Pork Tamale portion size is only 4 oz. ea. Taste is good. These aren't Hor'd'ouvres.. Enlarge the portion size and add VISIBLE Pork..Doesn't need to be large, just visible. Someone reccommended their Ham Croquettas to me as well which I will try when I find them in a store.

We bought a 16 oz package of frozen Catalina Pork Tamales from our local Publix store. the package has a number on it which is 17 750 13:32 "Best by 06/16/19" We heated them in boiling water per the instructions and opened two of them. They contained NO meat, none Only the corn masa. Ditto for the next two This product is awful and a misrepresentation of the contents. DO NOT BUY.
