Love your store but have to say this visit the lines were very backed up. Only 2 cashiers middle of day on weekend.

This Winn Dixie is clean and usually well stocked. Not a lot of employees, but the ones you do see are never unkind. My biggest problem with this store is the fact that they allow solicitors to sit outside of their exits! I don’t wanna be hounded for donations or girl scout cookies when I walk out the door with my groceries. Makes me not want to visit at all and just go to Publix on Azeele.

1st time in this store and I was a little confused but after 5 minutes I got the hang of the place!!! The one I go to in Sun City Florida is different. But I bought alot of BOGO for Metropolitan Ministry for their food bank since they are empty. Thank you Winn Dixie for having alot of BOGO I bought all I can for them and nothing for me!!! More family's need it more than me!!! Will get more later!

I went to the Winn Dixie on Swann in Tampa, FL on 07/26/22 tonight and was going to buy groceries for my family my daughter is autistic and likes to eat a turkey lunchable while I shop and it keeps her calm and I purchase it when I check out tonight my daughter ate one that was molded and opened another one and was about to eat it and I noticed it completely covered in mood and black the package was not expired at all two out of the four I got had mold on them i went to the customer care booth where no one was to be found and then I see Janae walking I ask if she works there she ignored me then I asked again and she said I’m coming, I explained what happened she offered no apology and just had an annoyed look on her face as I’m explaining a scary situation for me because my nonverbal daughter just ate a moldy lunchable from their store she doesn’t say anything gets another person to say she is getting you a gift card gives me a $10 gift card and I ask for another manager because that is unacceptable behavior and follow up to the situation at hand the store manager apologized for her behavior and said there was nothing else they can do so I will take my experience to every social media platform so no one else will have to experience this situation

I am a loyal Publix customer due to professionalism & friendliness of staff. Publix is helpful, kind & always Managers on duty. Price guarantees are what keep me shopping at Publix.. WINN DIXIE, however, lacks enough employees, professionalism or help to it's customers. Seldom I see Managers on duty. Can't find basic items & I don't feel welcome when there. Seems employees at WD act like they're at a social gathering. Sadly, still not comfortable enough to keep shopping at Winn Dixie.

Very nice staff, clean store, fresh selections AND conveniently located. The seafood department was impressive and very pleased with the inventory and quality. I would definitely rate this store as one of the best Winn Dixie's I've visited. Well kept and stocked. Highly recommend it for South Tampa folks and all visitors.

Clean, organized, but small. However, there are absolutely no associates of any kind at any time you are shopping. No stocking associates. No aisle experts. Hell, there's barely check out/bagging associates. Forget offering assistance to load grocieries or take to customers cars..The service is substandard not because of the employees. There employees are doing the best they can w/o corporate help...but, SE Grociers wants price to be their gold offering....sorry, it doesn't work that way nor work for me. You can do better. Notwithstanding, it's Hyde Park Village for God's sake!

Every time I come here I’m reminded of why I shouldn’t go to Publix. Good clean store with reasonable prices. Their cuts of meat are pretty good as well.

Amazing location, the best Winn Dixie store there is. This location has great prices, great customer service experience, and works to not have me wait in line. Amazing prices, organic and kosher section.. Have to just check it out yourself.
