I decided to go pick up my pizza instead of delivery today & I am glad that I did. When I entered the establishment, it was apparent they were in a lunch rush and very very busy. Jordan was behind the counter and also helping the employees in the back cook at the same time. Their composure was cool, calm, and collective, they were fast, attentive, and most importantly kind. Even with a slightly angry customer, they never stopped smiling or being kind. My food was five star worthy as well. I’m very thankful to have met Jordan today, I needed the smile & warmth that they embody. I’ll be coming to pick up my pizzas from now on. Thanks guys, keep being you.

I wish I could give a zero!!! Unbelievable, some of the worst customer service!! These employees don’t understand the words customer service. They are very unprofessional down to management. Please never request a refund a process that should only take days, that may take months or you may not even receive back (theft). Jordan has a condescending attitude and Chris is too busy dealing with insubordinate employees, who eat on the floor (preparing your food) while customers are looking or they’re outside holding conversations with the public after taking customers orders. Reminder, without customers you all wouldn’t be able to receive a paycheck (PERIOD)

Don't order extra toppings just order another pizza cause that's what extra topping cost me more than double the original price. Amd this location doesn't make the fancoroni pepperoni with the right crust I got hota and ready crust on my pizza when in the picture is advertised with pan pizza crispy crust. I spend 40 on 2 pizzas one wrong and the other undercooked from the extra toppings they didn't account for. I was not happy when I got home all I ate was the crazy bread and Pepsi the cats and dogs got a buffet of pizza though. They was happy. Will say people are nice.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! UNPROFESSIONAL! ALL THEY DO IS GOSSIP AND LAUGH! EVEN THE MANAGER WITH BROWN RAG ON HER HEAD WAS UNPROFESSIONAL! MANAGER WAS THE ONE WITH ALL THE GOSSIP AND THE LOUDEST. 30 MINUTE WAIT BECAUSE ALL EMPLOYEES ARE YAPPING THEIR MOUTH AND LAUGHING INSTEAD OF WORKING! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION WORST EVER!!!!!!

Horrible customer service, I ordered by phone and they didn't have ready when was supposed to, they ask me to wait 30 minutes, when I show up again they didn't even had started my order, plus all the employees seems so stressed.

What normally takes most people 20 minutes to get a pie took me 40 minutes to get my two pies and then it was the wrong order all together I ordered two thin cheese pepperonis and they gave me the cheese pizzas instead oh and by the way I'm white so if you're black you get first service at this location

I love this little ceasars they are so sweet! I ordered my food and the Lady told me it would be at least 10min wait and they came not even 5min ! Not only that, I didn’t even have to get out the car, they actually came out to my car and gave me my food ! Definitely five stars ! Best service I’ve gotten so far ! Keep up the good work little Caesar’s!!

Honestly i go to this ffc just because is fast in and out with a meal for 3. I just get the "Hot n ready" all the time and its usually just mid warm to cold unless you order it at walk in. But i just walked in and asked for the same meal and i kidd you not, within 2mins i was out of there with a scorching hot pizza and all the melted good cheese i needed to brighten my day. So far the best takeout pizza location by far. Im glad. 😁
