Our experience with the staff was fantastic. Almost a month ago switched our service from a higher priced company and the two gentleman that helped us with the process were warm, friendly and determined to help us get what we wanted. It was my first time using this store and I will not return. I am not entirely sure if the woman who was left in the store by herself was simply unprofessional or is under-trained to do the job. Though it appeared to be a little of both. I came in last Thursday because my GPS hadn't been working for a few weeks and I needed it for a long day of driving. While she was looking through my phone she continued to text "Musafa". After minutes of no feedback, updates, or really an acknowledgement that I was even standing there while she continued to text whoever she was on the phone with I asked, very politely, if she thought I should just go to the Fowler store. Her response was "You can but there is nothing wrong with your phone". Obviously, I didn't come into the store fun. She lacked any sort of customer service professionalism. I hope this young lady is provided with the adequate training that she needs to do her job. Its also very unfair to your sales rep to sit in a store all day without A.C. If you need help and actual service I would highly recommend the Cricket store on Folwer by USF.

the associates are nice and helpful👍 however the MGMT needs to get the ac working the wifi working there and upgrade the places computers that process the payments as they are slow and outdated
