Car was clean and ready. The only thing that was needed was a better cleaning of the windshield. This car had only 5500 miles. Staff at rental center friendly and competent good experience.

A collision place rented my mother a car until hers was repaired.. When they brought the car to her it was absolutely FILTHY!! There were stains EVERYWHERE!! The dash, the seats the headliner.. nothing was clean which is very concerning and disappointing at the same time especially during a time when covid is still a thing. Guess they felt putting a pack of clorox wipes in car would make us feel better. The smell alone was enough to make you want to vomit. The headliner actually looked as though there was dried blood on it. This is the SECOND vehicle from 2 different enterprise locations in less than a week that this was a problem. I remember when enterprise used to pride themselves on their service and the cleanliness of their vehicles but after returning this vehicle my family and I will never rent from them again and I will never recommend them to anyone else ever again. Please do better for the next person Enterprise

The original reservation was for a Corolla and we actually had a Camry, a better choice, with no increase in price. Matt & Peter were courteous, professional and helpful. We'd to return the rental a few days early with no issues and saved a few bucks. Overall it was a great rental experience. I have another occasion that I need a rental while waiting for my vehicle to be repaired. Top notch service again. Now I know just about everyone, Peter, Matt, Sam & Hanna. They delivered the car to the body shop is why I gave them the additional star, the car was almost out of gas (20 miles to empty), and the car is absolutely fifthly I am going to have to run it through a car wash (I should not have to pay for that) so I can see out the windows, plus it smells like stale cigarette smoke, I do not smoke and cannot stand the smell. The agent did apologize for the empty tank twice, but still does not change it was empty. Not happy about this service. Plus they make you sign an agreement (that is emailed to you ) you cannot read before signing because it is on their tablet. This is not acceptable. They had my email for 30 days before I got the rental, they could have sent it to me to look at. I responded as you requested, no response back 1/31/2022 2:43pm. I've leased many times over the years all over the U.S.. my expectations weren't high as a result of previous experiences elsewhere. I was so very impressed AND surprised with how this location and team went above and beyond, to make this experience a pleasant one. Very helpful, clean, friendly and Hannah and Matt worked hard to ensure I had a vehicle that came similar in size and features as my truck, with minimal extra cost to keep me close to the budget allowed.
