I will never buy anything from Target again. I bought a laptop for School on August 7th 2021. I have had it 6 months and it will no longer charge. I have tried different chargers so it actually the laptop itself. I called they told me they will only return with in 30 days and I am still paying on it on my target card. They apparently don’t sell quality electronics and could careless about taking care of their customers. All my nursing school stuff and passwords were all on this and they won’t do anything to compensate for my lose of all this. I personally think this is very poor customers service. If they are selling a product they should back there product.I don’t even give them one star but it makes me. ~Kelly

I had a worst experience with the Half Price Matrass which is called Mattress Home now. My first matrass I bought from them FAILED AND I HAD A WARRANTY CLAIM. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE MONEY AND ONLY GAVE ME A STORE CREDIT. I chose the second matrass which I liked but it was on back ordered. The matrass which I really wanted was never delivered to me . I had no other options by the owner to pay more to choose something else after they extended my exchange to 3 month in less than 24 hours to pick up another matrass which I didn't want and I was afraid to pick the original matrass because it would fail again!!! I paid $1583.00 for the second matrass which was very uncomfortable! I was willing to wait for the back order. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE NEVER COME BACK TO THAT STORE AGAIN! I STILL HAVE A MATRASS WHICH THEY NEVER EXCHANGED WHICH IS HURTING MY BACK!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! ~REGINA

I went to Fifi's next door purses etc. and bought a couple of beautiful things. I was so pleased I went back to get a few more gorgeous outfits. They're very very helpful. My new favorite store... ~linda

Ally was amazing, greeted us as soon as we walked through the door with a bubbly hello. Shortly after while looking at the lingerie she offered to open any boxes for us if we wanted a closer look. Which was such a nice thing when you’re a little curvy (which I am). Any questions we had she was happy to help&&try to find us the items we were looking for. I am so impressed with the Medical Department Store, specifically Scott, who went above and beyond in customer service when I called and needed oxygen for my husband who has covid. Scott was resourceful, understanding, and followed up with me. I am so grateful and will recommend them to everyone because he wasn't just about the money, he genuinely cared about our situation and wanted to help.
